I am absolutely, thoroughly pleased with the services provided by this company. Right from the beginning Bill was quick to respond and professional, and throughout the whole process I was kept informed of the status of my hard drive recovery. Even with my request being around the holidays, my hard drive was recovered quickly, and at a price that was extremely reasonable. Hopefully I won't have any computer issues in the future, but if I do, I would not hesitate to use this company again.

My company works with Bill a couple times a month for a variety of data recovery services and always receive superior results at affordable prices. In the past, we worked with the big name data recovery houses only to always be disappointed in the turn around time, quality of work and the ridiculous fees. Finding ProData Management, local to Winchester, for our data recovery has improved how we provide services to our customers.

Very helpful and fast. I called around to several other places to compare and ended up going with ProData Management. The owner Bill was very helpful and answered my many questions. The problem on my computer was extensive and Bill got it up and running with ALL of my data in a matter of days. Best Buy was quoting twice the price and two to three times the lead time. Bill kept me updated every step of the way with email updates. My experience was so good that I took business cards from Bill and handed them out to family/friends and I'm writing this review which I rarely do. It's been about two months now since the repair and I have had zero issues with my computer. Go see Bill and he'll take care of you!

I had a great experience with ProData management. One of our iPhones died, which was terrible because so many of our family photos weren't backed up. Apple couldn't fix it, neither could another data retrieval company we tried. I was hesitant to entrust the phone to ProData since I had found the company in an online search, but I am very happy I did. I dealt with Bill who was courteous and professional throughout the process. The phone and most of its components were fried, and it was clear that chip-off recovery was needed. Bill gave me an estimated range, along with the clarification that although they would try to retrieve the data, the phone will remain unusable. That was fine by me because I was doing this for the data. Some time later, I get word from Bill that the data was successfully retrieved, the cost would be on the lower end of the estimated range, and, surprisingly, that they managed to fix the phone! These guys realize that the key to business success is happy customers, and they're delivering.

This is a very capable and caring firm. They restored my computer hard drive which had totally crashed. They also communicated their progress as they progressed in their analysis and repair. And even more important and surprising was the fact that they honored their original estimate...not charging additional for extra parts!!! Now that's good business. I feel very confident in recommending this company and you can feel confident in using their service.

When my External Hard Drive failed, with all my artwork photos on it, I didn't know where to turn. After searching on the internet and calling a few places. ProData was actually recommended by another company as a reputable company with fair prices. They were very helpful and the costumer service was extremely pleasant. Unlike some places which were very pushy and annoying. I was very pleased with the service and highly recommend them.

I had the horrendous experience of the dreaded 'blue screen' on my laptop today. After calling many places, I landed at ProData feeling that the person (Bill) on the phone was being very honest and forthright without giving me a song and dance and false hope. An hour after placing my treasure into the care of ProData, I walked out with a perfectly working laptop!!!!! AND their price was MORE THAN FAIR, did I say more than fair and it was far below what others had quoted! This company offers it all: Professionalism, Integrity, Fairness, Expertise, and Speed!

No one wants to deal with a laptop that suddenly cannot be accessed; especially, when so much vital information is contained inside. ProData Management was able to see me - almost immediately - and within a few short hours had not only retrieved and saved all of the files; but, had corrected the problem.
