Ship Winchester

First visit, no one was in store, stood there for 5 minutes not knowing if someone was coming. I wanted to mail a certified letter to the courts in Pa. I should have left, but I felt like I was being hasty. So I trusted them with my letter and money order. 4 days later, I try the tracking number on my receipt and all it says is tracking number created? Nothing else. I called store during normal business hours(listed on their site) and no answer. I tried 4 times. I will never use again and don't recommend. I'm afraid i've lost my money order and the important court documents.

I have gone there 4 times in the past month during their normal business hours and they are closed. There's always a paper sign on the door saying they're closed. I have several other friends who have experienced the same thing. Their normal "hours" listed are not correct. They are unreliable and not somewhere I can use for my packages. I would not recommend them. Don't bother wasting your time, go to another facility. ** Also wanted to add that a staff member at the nail place (apparently it's the same owner) once told us "he will be back in 15 min." We waited for 25 min and he never showed. Poor customer service.

I visited Ship Winchester after my husband recommended it and was very impressed! Usually my packages are pre-labeled and packaged, but I needed a box that would fit everything I was shipping this time. The items I needed to ship were large but they had the perfect boxes for great prices, I was shocked. Will definitely make this my go-to spot for dropping off all my pre-labeled packages as well, they ship it all. Very helpful and convenient, I'm so glad they've joined the neighborhood!

I had a pretty large item I needed to ship to someone and didn't have the correct box or bubble wrap, so I figured I'd give Ship Winchester a shot since it is on my way to work. I also had a few pre-labeled and packaged items I needed to get to UPS -- I didn't know it was possible to drop off pre-labeled/packed items here without having to go all the way into town, so that is massively convenient. It's definitely worth it to go there for pretty much any shipping needs. Excellent prices (cheaper than I was expecting for all the carboard, bubble wrap, tape and paper), selection (all major carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS) and service. The owner was very helpful in helping me get everything printed and packed. Definitely recommend next time you need to drop something pre-labeled off or get something packaged and shipped.
