Met these guys at the library Tech Day - they volunteered their time to explain the tech of both iPhone and Android phones to a varied, mostly senior, audience. They were helpful, patient, very knowledgeable and super generous. Would definitely use them, both personally and for a company need.

After calling to inform Tech Team that we would be taking our Microsoft licensing to another vendor, I was informed it could not be canceled, rather transferred. I told them I was going to talk to the other vendor in the morning and get back to them about transferring. 5 minutes after that phone call our Microsoft licensing was disabled leaving our company with no email access. I called and had to leave a message. This morning after receiving no return call, I called Tech Team again to find out what's going on. I was informed by Todd, that the licensing was disabled (not cancelled) make sure to get that language correct, for their use, since we were going with another vendor. I was not given even 24 hours to get with our vendor about transferring the licensing. Called back to get our admin credentials so our new vendor could get us set back up and running and was told our vendor would need to contact them. They won't even give our company their own information. So, no notice on our renewal, just a bill one day before renewal. No notice about disabling the licensing leaving our company high and dry. Did not hand over our companies admin log-in's. Instead of working with us, we were basically shut down all because we chose to go with another vendor. DO YOU BLAME ME!

First time using this company and we have had a great experience. Very informative Tech and Admin gets information over quickly. Very pleased with our experience so far.

My hubby needed some help to use his new phone and Jordan did an amazing job...he was so patient. He made sure my husband had learned the basics before leaving.

Had Jim And Guy over this morning in an emergency situation. They got my phones back up and working in no time.
