We have had excellent customer service as well as prompt and friendly service calls. The service has been excellent, our residence is in the Wilde Acres area and we haven't had any issues. We appreciate the email/text updates if service might be interrupted although we haven't had any access problems. Very happy we went with Wave2Net.

By far the worst company I've ever done business with. Had internet threw them for a couple years, they always randomly automatically charged my account, once two times in a month. The internet was always slow and in most cases not working at all so I switched to starlink (absolutely amazing internet and cheaper) a few hours after my last payment was late because I chose not to do autopay anymore they shut my service off and then continued to bill me for the next 5 months because I didn't send them the cancelation notice, so I dispute it with them and they told me if I don't pay they'd send me to collections. For anyone reading this and are thinking about using this company for internet service don't do it get the starlink and leave this company in the past with their outdated terrible internet and services

I highly recommend Wave 2 Net for anyone looking for a high speed Internet service provider. During my own interactions with the Owner and the customer service agents, I was treated with the utmost respect. They answered all my questions and scheduled my installation within just a few short days. Upon arrival the day of my appointment, they had me up and running within an hour! I was so satisfied with their service, I continue to recommend them to both family and friends!

Our recent experience with Wave2Net can only be considered using one word, "outstanding." Over the years, we have dealt with a myriad of cable TV, satellite dish and internet providers at five different homes in five different states. We can honestly say that none of the past experiences came close to the professionalism, attitude and work ethic exhibited by everyone we dealt with at Wave2Net. From Brittany and Shelley, our first contacts in the office, to Rudy and Kevin, the technical installers, everyone went out of their way to be helpful, patient (we are technically challenged) and persistent to explain our options and guarantee our satisfaction. Wave2net configured and installed a new eero router with extenders, greatly improving my Wi-Fi performance and coverage. They did a fabulous job and were very thorough and professional, going above and beyond to help me connect an app on my phone to the updated network. I highly recommend their services.

Rudy and his team at Wave2Net are absolutely fantastic! I've know Rudy for years and when I moved back to VA, I needed some help hooking up my Starlink satellite/internet connection, so I immediately called Wave2Net. Rudy came out personally with his coworker Kevin- they set up and mounted my Starlink Satellite, ran all the chords, aligned the satellite for perfect signal and got me hooked up/connected to the internet and wifi within a couple hours. He even came back out again two weeks later just to check up on the connection and ensure that everything was working properly with no issues! This is a great team here, they care about their clients - their work is done correctly, efficiently, ina timely manner and they make sure their clients are happy with any and all the services provided, whether its Wave2Net services or a Starlink satellite installation. Rudy, Shelley the entire team are amazing. However, we were very skeptical at first. The family we bought our home from had Wave2Net but due to negative reviews we weren't planning to continue the service. We are rural therefore not may options out here, so decided to stay with their wireless. The service wasn't consistent enough for my job but no fault of Wave2net's, just being rural, any wireless or 5G service is hit or miss. Fast forward two years later, ended up having to switch to Starlink due to job requiring more speed and reliability but Wave2Net was there all the way. Customer service and responsiveness are excellent and they even installed our Starlink for us! Can't recommend them enough. Thank you Rudy, Shelley and team!!!
