We have owned a bed and breakfast for over 5 years. At some point we knew that engaging a specialized marketing company would help group our business and market share. After experimenting with a few hospitality marketing firms and not finding the right fit, Jeff Logan of Logan Marketing came highly recommended. After discussions with Jeff to understand his approach to a business's online presence and how to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, we knew he was the right person. At the time we signed up with Logan Marketing, we had happily just rolled out a new website, so didn't need that service. Quickly, with his knowledge of how SEO, tracking traffic sources...all that "internet" stuff that brings you guests... lead us to acknowledge that we needed a new website design/structure. Our content was good, but our site was not optimized. Jeff suggested and helped implement some tweaks to our website to make it more effective for tracking and other measurements in the interim. We are now making the commitment for a new website this year. I cannot wait to see the impact of an improved design. I trust Jeff and what he says...the numbers just don't lie.
