Eric was super helpful when a software upgrade caused me to be unable to use my Mac. He helped me get the computer back up and working quickly so I could finish a job that was due. He also gave me advice on how to upgrade the software without causing another crash.

Within 24 hours of my emailing Eric to see if he was able to solve my iPad problem, a shattered iPad screen, he had a part ordered and it was repaired. Eric is efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and seemingly adept at juggling all the wires and stuff of the tech world. He also runs a Knife sharpening side gig! I will return to him whenever his services will be of need.

Eric damaged my iPhone while changing a battery over 2 weeks ago. While he initially seemed like he was going to fix it, he now doesn't respond to email or phone calls. Still holding out hope, but it doesn't look like he plans to stand behind his work.

Went in to get my iPhone11 screen replaced. They didn't have it when I went in on a Friday, but they had it in by Monday! Great service, and a friendly guy. By far one of the best prices for screen repair near here. Been over a week and it still feels like I've got a new phone! 10/10 and a gold star sticker for sure.
