I bought new computer with windows 11, couldn't get email working, not one three email accounts! I called tech support for my web hosting (Pacific Software Publishing, Inc.) to help with my website based email. I think his name was Joshua, and he got my email accounts up and working with my Outlook email software. He was going so fast i could hardly keep up with the cursor on my monitor. This guy is GOOD! Mrs Frostie's webpage has been hosted on PSI since 2004. Since this time, I rarely contacted the office for assistance in billing questions, updating info etc. The staff has always been accommodating and pleasant when assisting me with any issues. The support team is by far the best. I had contacted several web designers to assist me in updating my web page. The designer of my site was no longer available and I only needed pricing updates due to the current economic conditions. None of the designers I contacted were able to assist me in this minor task. Even though this was not a part of their regular job support duties, Josh took the time to assist me with my issue. It's no wonder I have stayed with this hosting site for over 22 years. We have been working with PSP for several years now, with all of the changes we have been undergoing PSP has been a valued partner in making our web presence successful. PSP's support staff are knowledgeable and always willing to take the extra step to make sure their customers are taken care of. For years we just hosted our site on a platform that would bill us for unknown or unused services and provide little business/marketing support. Once we met with PSP and their team, we realized not only could they host our site on a much more stable platform, but the annual cost saved us a fair amount of money. However, the best part about transitioning to PSP is their extensive web development, design and marketing team. Now we have one vendor we can rely on when dealing with our website hosting, email and site changes/design. And, I have a real tangible relationship with my vendor rather than just a relationship with a website.

PSP has hosted our business' website and email accounts for over 13 years. We're currently working with them to redesign our website, and the team is very willing and available to answer questions and offer guidance. We've had no problems with our email service, and the few outside attacks on our website have been handled promptly and efficiently. Any time I've had a problem or question, they've always answered the phone right away and gotten me to the right person to help. They even come over from Bellevue to help out in person if needed! We've had only good experiences with the PSP service and support and would recommend them to anyone.
