I am a general contractor who has mostly relied on referrals in the past. But decided it was time to modernize how we attract customers. We hired Ignite Local to build us a website and get us some quality web presence. They have been extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. We started with them just a few months ago and have already had fantastic results. Our business now shows up on the first page of Google searches in the areas we want to work in. We are getting a steady flow of clients contacting us directly from our new website. It's working better than we could have hoped! Only have great things to say about this company! My office, Beautiful Smiles Dental and Denture Care signed up with Ignite almost a year ago. Since then we have notice a big improvement on our online presence. We can also tell that the traffic to our website has also drastically improved. I have been with Ignite Local for about 6 years. They really helped my dental office expand tremendously. I did not realize how much web presence mattered until I started with them. My points of contact were Brad & Justin Vorhees. Both top notch guys. With their help, our schedule went from being booked a week out to being booked almost 4 weeks out. Our office is so busy now, that we are considering limiting the number of new patients. For this reason, we decided to discontinue our service with Ignite Local. I would like to take the time to say how pleased I am with Ignite Local. I have a small independent automotive shop in Austin TX called Northwest Imports. We specialize in European car repair and I have been trying to increase phone traffic for a few years now. I just got the results from Google for last month and my phone calls from the website are up 25%. I have never had this large an increase in one month and this is the first full month the new website has been up. I now need to hire more employees, a great problem to have. Just like any provider you need to work closely with them to get what you are looking for, but they will listen to what you have to say and provide the results you want.
