Consolidated Communications

Only getting two stars because they are reimbursing me for months of issues. It never worked the way it was suppose to. They made me upgrade to high quality product for it to not even work still. I live in a 1200square foot house and can't even get WiFi in all parts of it. We are a large technology house and blamed that when they told me spectrum was so much worse. Sold us a service they couldn't give. Went right back to spectrum who now has fiber that is cheaper and actually works the way they say it does.

The old number for Consolidated Communication has been scammed by some over seas folks looking to get your bank info and rip you off. Look up the number for Lightcurve on their web site

Internet speed is very poor and over priced. I rented the wireless modem/router and the equip is very poor. Customer service is very poor. While canceling my service the customer service representative was very rude and unhelpful. I give one star because the techs and installers are very knowledgeable and friendly.

The techs do their best, but other than that, this is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It may actually be worse than their internet service if that's possible. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Absolute SCAM. If you have the option, AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT WORK WITH CONSOLIDATED. They have Monopolized Ellensburg and supercharge rates because they are the "only service" available to certain areas? Not to mention, Re-Contracting results in HIGHER payments?? There are bad people out there, and they want nothing but your money. Being a college student and being treated the way we are with the way these people do business is horrifying. Bonus: Have you experienced atrocious speeds and service? Called them to troubleshoot issues? Then they tell you they don't supply your modem/router? There is a reason they do that. If I was in law I would go to great lengths to see this company crumble. Disgusted .

We get horrible internet service but pay $85 a month. They offer super low rates to new customers and stick it to anyone who's been a continued customer. I've asked to pay for higher speeds and they tell me they aren't available and there isn't enough people around us to make it "worth their while". What great customer service!!!

Requested my service be disconnected because we moved. Three weeks later I had a full payment taken out of my account resulting in a credit balance of $81.00. When I tried to remove the auto payment on the closed account, the payment center wouldn't allow me to remove it. When I finally got to talk to a service rep he told me it could take up to 3 months to get my unauthorized overpayment back. One star is too high but was my only option - would not recommend this business!!

I've been trying all day to pay my small business bill. I've been on hold for at least 20 min each time before I have to dump the call so I can do work and take care of our own customers. the website is incredibly difficult to access and so far customer service has been unreachable. Our service also blanks out for random amounts of time at least a couple times a week. If you are looking for an ISP for your business or your home, do yourself a favor and don't use these guys. I'd rather sell my soul to Xfinity.
