Skynet Broadband

I've been with Skynet for about 8 years, and have rarely lost service. The rare times that I have, I've been able to speak to a representative pretty quickly, and they've always been very helpful. The few times that it was my service, and not a widespread outage, they were either able to help me by phone, or they came out the same day. Excellent customer service!

Uninterrupted service. Staff is great and problem solving is immediate. Appreciate them as they keep my business running smoothly, continuously and fast. Don't give five stars often. They have more than earned them.

Skynet has been my internet service provider for over 20 years now. I should have given them this 5-star review long ago. They provide excellent, timely customer service, sometimes going above and beyond what is required or expected. I appreciate their straightforward approach to business. I highly recommend Skynet.

I can't say enough good things about Skynet, we have been customers since 2005 and wouldn't ever think of anybody else for our service and their expert help over the almost 2 decades, we bought/buy our computers there and depend on Skynet for our internet and phone. Help is always available when needed, either by phone or they come to the house to help set things up . Thank you Brent. Also friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honestly I'd give them an A+. Coverage is fine for our needs. Because we are in a rural area we have satellite connection instead of hardwire. It's the best anyone can do but isn't good during windstorms or thunderstorms. They are so helpful when there is something they can do to help us though. Really appreciate this company. Without them we wouldn't have internet at all.
