I met with Rick regarding my online presence and he clearly knows his stuff. We talked about marketing, reputation management and my web site and he even gave me suggestions on how I could change my web site on my own to improve its' ranking. I hired his company (which should be enough of a recommendation) and have already made some of the changes he has suggested. I also liked that his approach was not a one size fits all approach, but rather a targeted piece by piece approach and that he could do a little of the work to some of the work to all of the work.
