Juliano was very responsive, and came to our rescue promptly! We were having some networking issues that created challenges in our daily workflow, and our usual IT person was not able to figure out what was going on. Juliano showed up on time Friday morning at 7 AM and was able to identify and correct the issues for us. He explained his findings and discussed how he corrected them. Julio and the Guru IT team have been instrumental to our property management team. They consistently solve problems, investigate issues, and promptly address our IT needs. We most recently contracted them to connect our Google Nest cameras to a new router, inside a 110+ year old building. As the building is made of cement walls laid with a brick exterior, we knew this would be no easy task. They easily installed 2 Wireless Access Points, connected the router to them effectively, installed and brought the 3 google nest cameras online all within a half day. We trust this team greatly and can vouch for their hard work and dedication.

The enterprise knowledge of the team has allow us to build robust IT infrastructures for our commercial businesses. We have used them on many projects of ours. Some projects are smaller like integrating/upgrading new computer, switches, WAPs to designing and building a high level/complex networks for commercial properties, hotels, sport stadiums, etc. There is not a project too complicated for this team. But equal to their IT skills and knowledge, the team is honest and organized. They are one of the few groups you can trust to do something correctly and not cut corners.
