Our Tri-Cities service business has been saved on multiple occasions by StriveTech's amazing IT team. StriveTech is local, so they can actually respond and be on site in a matter of minutes when necessary. It's so great to know we have help when we inevitably need it. They also provide very affordable internet fiber and VoIP phone services, among other IT services. They have a wealth of knowledge and can provide options you didn't even know existed, and I'm quite tech savvy!

Received a quote for high speed internet (fiber optic) installation and an upgrade to our phone system. When the work was completed, the actual cost was almost 3 times the original quote. The new bill included a very expensive modem that was left off the original quote, and multiple over priced service charges to get the new system to work. When I called to complain about the excess charges a meager $200 discount was applied to our nearly $3000 bill. The internet is fast and reliable but beware of high installation charges.
