GoDaddy- Kirkland

GoDaddy is great at selling you everything. Even their customer service is great most of the time. However, I am migrating to a different hosting pkg and their customer service team handled the migration. After 2 days and the website still reads "staging environment ", I text GoDaddy for assistance. I thought it would be fast and quick. After working with 1 rep for a short while, they dropped off line and a new rep pops up. I get to do the whole verification of my info before they assist, again. After I go thru this with the 2nd rep, a few minutes later after looking into my issue, they drop me, and a 3rd rep pops up in the chat box. I blew up and disconnected my text chat. What an F-N way to handle your customers, GoDaddy. All this down time is at the customer's expense, which is to say "my wasted time" attempting to get this migration handled. Thx.

The worst service. They told me I would get a refund due to technical difficulties with their website and hosting. A year later they will not respond, and no refunds have been issued. So, I called back in and they gave me the same run-around, to fill out another refund request form. I am not holding my breath they will ever refund me.

World's worst customer service. You call into tech support and get all kinds of run around and when you ask to speak with someone in America you get told they can't transfer you when you ask for a supervisor the person refuses to transfer you to a supervisor.

I had a very disappointing experience with GoDaddy's technical support. I spent over two hours (from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM) trying to resolve an issue with my DNS nameservers. Despite providing all the necessary information, the support agent kept suggesting unnecessary upgrades and failed to address the core issue. The agent, Ikhlaq Ahmad, provided slow responses, and when I finally found the requested IP addresses, he terminated the chat. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will be moving my business to another provider. I do not recommend GoDaddy's technical support based on this experience.

Pissed already at go dady . 1 st week of using the machine and they are already holding the Funds. Never happened with square since 5 years. Total waste of time

In my opinion, this is the absolute worst hosting site ever. I was given false information by a GoDaddy employee that caused me to purchase two extended contracts for both hosting & domain. I finally reached the end of my tolerance after a year of attempting to get the issue resolved. A GoDaddy supervisor (Mark) would not honor his employee's promise, but instead, he chose to act in a very unprofessional manner. As a loyal customer of approx. 10 or more years, I am resolved to never give another penny to GoDaddy & I would implore anyone reading this to save themselves heartache & find another hosting company. If you ever have a problem, GoDaddy will most likely not solve it, but instead they will only try to sell you something else. They have proven they do not care about their customers. Failure of epic proportion that cost me hundreds of dollars. Don't let it happen to you.

Beautiful location.... when it's nice an sunny, absolutely a pleasure to be in the office.

I moved my website over to godaay and I have had many problems. Email transition was poor and I paid extra for "seamless transition" in fact I lost my email for 4 days and my site which I paid for extra security was infected with malware and I had to call them! If I had to do it over I would NOT and I do not recommend godaddy despite there recent ad campaign
