Absolutely terrible service! Rude, unhelpful support staff, poor communication, shockingly bad service. Oh, and if you buy a domain from them, they transfer it to an Enom account (their affiliate company) and refuse to provide you full access for 45 days. Then it goes transfer locked for another 15. Then it takes 5 days for the transfer to be authorised. So... if you buy a domain from this company, don't expect to be able to do anything with it for over two months!
This company (NameJet) is actually Enom/Donuts Inc. They go by many names while practicing unethical standards under sub brand names. Read reviews of Enom to see their longest brand name's past and present history for the truth!
Ordered a domain from this company, paid in full, and the domain was not delivered. Claimed the seller had already sold it and forgot to delist it. Service is ASIS so no recourse, but be warned if you use this service you may not get what you pay for.
I had a very bad experience with this service. Waste money and time Never again!
