I dropped my computer off 2 weeks ago with a list of deficiencies. He told me that it should only take a couple of days to get me an estimate. Two days later I called and no answer and no call back. On day five he texts me after i messaged him and tells me he's still looking at it and that he'd be done by the evening. I recieved no call back and so i waited until day 8 to contact him again. He told me the price to fix it and that it would be done by saturday (day 10). I said OK and asked what was wrong with it. He tells me that he's not in the office and that he would have to look back at his notes and get back to me. I recieved no more contact from him. On day 12 I told him I needed to pick up my computer and asked if he was in the office. He said that he wasn't there and that tomorrow would work better. So we scheduled a meeting and the next morning when we were to meet he sent me a message saying that he had to run to the hosipital and that he left my computer on his porch. When I picked it up, none of the problems were fixed.

Always there to pick up the phone and fix whatever the issue is. They are such an experienced team I would recommend them to anyone looking for an MSP for their business.
