Customer Reviews & Testimonials

I've had a virtual office for nearly a decade with Regus. After moving and getting a new physical office, it was time to let my virtual office expire. However, Regus had other plans. They decided to renew without consent. After realizing that Regus was still charging me after my expiration, I contacted the staff who refused to help in anyway. Now, Regus is threatening legal action for a service that was not authorized and a service they have not been providing. Do your research, find some place else.

Atrocious experience with Regus. Failure to do enough research on my end. I blame myself because I usually make more informed decisions before heading into an agreement. Well, lesson learned. Where do I start? First, Tikka, the sales representative, lied to us about the cost of parking (she stated it was free), lied to us about the cost of furniture items she (said it was complimentary part of renting with Regus), left out the cost of coffee (again, benefit of renting with Regus), and stated that our retainer balance would be over one thousand higher than it actually was. Then she failed to send us a DYO order form for furniture, leaving us without our pick the following month upon move-in. One day before move-in, Mandy informed us she ordered or was sent the wrong key cards and so 24/7 access wasn't possible but, that we could come in on her scheduled business hours M-F. We asked her why she thought that was appropriate and that if Regus wasn't going to honor our agreement regarding 24/7 access, we would rescind our agreement. She suddenly had the keycards available by the next business day. We finally moved in and the walls were scuffed, scratched, and worn from the prior tenant whose furniture had been covering the damage. It was so dusty we were sneezing and wheezing. When we informed them of the furniture issue, they took back the whiteboard because that wasn't free, according to them. But they left behind screws and paint dust all over our desk. The kitchen drawers and cabinets are disgusting. Do yourself a favor and open them during your tour. We started to receive charges to our account without consent. They tried to charge us a restoration fee when they offered to paint the office. They tried to charge us prior to when we were told rent would be due. We received a bill within two weeks when we were supposed to have one month free. They claimed the month of August was free because it would've been paid for in July if it wasn't. Yet, money was due up front prior to September so we were still paying money in the month of August. It felt misleading. We escalated this to Jill who tried to assist with the various payment issues, front desk office issues, WiFi issues, etc. etc. etc. Eventually we were offered a new office free of charge with six months of coffee for free. Think we're done? No. Not yet. Our retainer deposit got lost. Then we were being asked to pay retainers, late fees, and another moving fee. There were thousands upon thousands of dollars being asked for that were not due. Our printer still does not work *to this day* at the new office. We bought a new printer, new router, and have tried everything. Nothing is working. I've reached out several times and no one has scheduled a time to review. the manager has tried before and it hasn't worked so I don't really understand why it hasn't been escalated to someone else or why I have to be the one to walk over, ask if she's free, and sit awkwardly while she tried to work it out, which never actually works. Do your research. Type in Regus Lawsuit on google and see the various complaints. In my opinion, they are the scum lords of office rentals.

Our company has been a tenant at this center for over 8 years, and we have been very happy with our Regus experience. The community managers and associates take excellent care of the center facility, our business office needs, and our guests. I would highly recommend using Regus for your small company and office needs.

Absolutely horrendous experience with Regus. Throughout my year-long contract, I encountered endless issues. Not only did they arbitrarily increase service fees without any regard for our agreement, but their overall business operations are shockingly unprofessional. Be prepared to shell out 15 days' rent in advance, only to be subjected to random service fee hikes whenever they please. And good luck getting your retainer back on time - it's like pulling teeth. Honestly, this has been my worst business venture yet, and I'm baffled by how Regus manages to stay afloat with such abysmal practices!!!

Nermin Buljubasic

Absolutely disappointed with Regus. Signed up for their services, paid my retainer, and now I'm left wondering: where is it? Despite numerous attempts to follow up, they've failed to return my retainer as promised. This level of irresponsibility and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Proceed with extreme caution if you value your time and money.

On 11/5/2022 I came to see Boris Davidovskiy, P.C. about a legal issue. I was greeted by Mandy Nelson at the front office, I told her I was there to see Boris Davidovskiy P.C. Mandy went back into the office and then told Jose I was here to see Boris Davidovskiy P.C and that I would be seen in a few minutes. I waited in the lobby quietly and professionally to speak to Jose about my legal issues. After waiting for sometime I was told by Mandy that Jose wasn't there. I told Mandy that had a very important legal issue to deal with and if I couldnt talk to Jose that's when he came out. I am a social worker, African American, and veteran with ptsd and I dont feel like I was "discrimated" against. Thank you for providing great customer service. For all of your legal needs please see Boris Daviodsky he helped to calm me down and we were able to begin the necessary steps start my legal case. He has been nothing but spectular to me please see him for all of your legal needs. He got a 5 star review from already. Also, thank you Jose for apolgizing and making the situation right after this incident you were greatly apperciated.

Just want to highlight that the building is the big glass center building. Google will take you to the other side building. Love this place, the office availability, amenities, and staff!!!
