05/06/2025: Always so happy with the service we receive from Whidbey Tech! Today James Glenn was my guide for a few updates on a laptop for some special logins. He was patient and wonderful about asking if there was anything else needed to complete the process. So happy to have them on our team! 04/23/2025: Mandy was able to assist with some staff transition issues and she had them completed quickly and efficiently, providing me with a full list of the steps that had been taken. I love working with this team to assist us with our IT challenges! 04/23/2025: The password reset issue I needed help with was taken care of and Henry patiently walked me through the steps I needed to take to get us back up and running! Whidbey Tech's Team is great to work with! 04/2025: The Skagit Friendship House converted our phone system to MS Teams and added a text element using Clerk Chat. The conversion took some time to port all the numbers, but Ed was excellent with his follow through with them to ensure we were set up and all is working well. Very impressed and happy with this process with Whidbey Tech and Ed's guidance. Thank you!! 06/2024: Excellent service and terrific follow up! I truly love having Whidbey Tech on our team!! Helped ensure the scan process was set up for all our staff! Thanks Glen! Whidbey Tech was able to locate the problem that was causing our lags and solved it to include the phone problems! Love this team and their expertise! This was not an easy fix, but I was impressed by how the Whidbey Tech team continued to review what was creating the problem, kept me current on steps being taken to fix the issue, and then found a way to complete the remote scanning ability I needed! Trevis was quick to respond, diagnose, and resolve my monitor issue. He was kind and professional and very thoughtfully put all my little stickers and notes back on the new monitor base :) Excellent service from start to finish!

Service was great! The service tech was professional and personable. He took the time to explain what he thought the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He followed up as he said he would, and I was happy to report that we had not had any more issues since he made the changes.
