Awesome service! Sean was amazing and super fast. We needed a full, first time set up from the pole and he was great. He was on a huge ladder and we saw him tie off his harness for safety, still scary to watch. Friendly and personable, even put on booties so he wouldn't track dirt in the house! Wifi set up quickly and works great out here in the boonies.

This is hands down one of the worst internet I've ever used. Hotel WiFi is better, I get over 1000 ping in US servers and videos delay all the time on any streaming platform, I moved and the only provider was this WiFi unfortunately... I Recommend, if you have a choice, DO NOT pick this provider

Deceptive Pricing and Poor Customer Service - Avoid! I had a terrible experience with Astound Broadband. I tried to cancel my service a month ago due to rising costs, but a chat agent convinced me to stay, assuring me my price was locked until 2028 and no promotions were ending soon. I confirmed this twice before deciding to stay. However, my next bill doubled from $46.93! When I reached out, the phone agent was aggressive, made assumptions, and yelled at me. The in-store rep was equally unhelpful and refused to acknowledge the issue. A chat agent later claimed my "promotion" had expired, contradicting earlier promises. This bait-and-switch tactic, combined with awful customer service, makes me regret staying. I'm planning to cancel and switch. Avoid Astound if you value transparency and decent support!

2 guys came out from Astound not sure for what reason but looks like an easement I believe? Anyway, the dug up and damaged our front lawn. Contacted support on Monday 3/24/25 to have them come out and fix our lawn and was told someone will reach out within 24-48hrs and it's now Friday 3/28 and absolutely not a single word from them. On top of this they keep raising monthly bill, our bill has just about doubled since we started their service a little over 2 years ago and our neighbors who loved in around the same time with the same plan as us are paying way less.

I received a call in advance that my technician was on his way. Bodi arrived shortly thereafter and hooked up my Internet. He made sure that everything was working correctly and that I knew how to reset all my devices and apps before he left. He was efficient and pleasant. Overall a great experience.

We had just moved into a new home, but our phone service was lacking. We needed Astound immediately. We requested installation, set a preferred time, and we soon became stress free. Mark called and confirmed I was available, set up our service, and within an hour, we were in business. Between the service request to installation, all parties were professional and extremely informative. Thank you for giving us peace of mind in our new home!

Astound: "Locked in Price, no surprise charges!" Bill is charging me x2 the regular price Bill also adds an infrastructure regulatory fee. I get confused, talk with online chat Why am I being charged $90 when I have autopay set up from when I started Online chat says it's because the bill can reflect in 2-3 billing cycles Tells me there's a infrastructure regulatory fee I tell them Astound said there's no surprise fees and I was locked in for $45, I can expect tax maybe They tell me, there's nothing I can do about it Me about to look for another internet company because at least they'll promise me there's a firm price lock.
