Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Enjoyed exploring the community and its neighborhoods including their cafes and Microsoft visitor center, even a small park. I really liked that they have an athletic field within the campus! The parking garage was huge and very well organized with modern technology. Impressive!
Amazing place, especially during sunny days!
As an avoider of waste, and the associated environmental problems it creates, I am very vexed regarding the amount of hardware that is NOT supported by Windows 11. I hope you guys realise what a burden you are placing on the world by being lazy (or maybe greedy - associated hardware sales) in this way. . . . and BTW if I can run a dozen different linux offering on the same hardware then it really just goes to show how badly windows has come to exploit it's position within the market. Wake Up! You are being incredibly short sighted. Plus I think with profits in the 100's of billions you can afford to broaden your supported hardware list. The more you think about it, the more obvious that this is greed on MS's part. . . . I think a lot of people would pay to keep there old hardware. If linux can do it then so can you. If I have to buy a new PC for PS300, then I would like the option to buy a proper version of windows (a bit like windows 7) that supports perfectly adequate hardware I already own. So why can't I pay to extend support on older OS?
It's a good place to visit and see some "historic stuff " in computer world. The store is very nice too. But I had to ask questions in order to understand some things, however there was no one there to explain things to visitors. I hope it will have an interpretation guide to give people some information and development about MS.
It seems like logic in regards to user experience is taken into account. How are users supposed to use services when they can't be accessed due to multiple updates every week? In case they struggle to understand this, Microsoft products, especially outlook, are like a car that is always in the shop. Who cares that all the recalls are being fixed if users are never able to use it

My daughter loves computers and operating systems, so she has always wanted to see the Microsoft Visitor center museum. We were on a cross country road trip from Georgia and had this location as a must see destination. The center did not disappoint. They had various museum displays, plus interactive stations to test out new products and games. My daughter played Minecraft there for a while and we enjoyed the shop, as well. Overall, a must see place if you like to see the history of Microsoft and the future they are developing!
Microsoft is forcing hard working Americans to purchase new computers because Windows 11 does not accept my Core i7 high end computer. This is unconscionable. I hope they loose MANY customers because of their disregard for people.
