I'd say Hostwinds is a good hosting provider that you can trust but they don't meet the bar of outstanding. I am impressed not only by the quality of the services I use but also by the price I pay for it. I can always rely on their friendliness while resolving in minutes any issue I might have. Keep up with the good work!

They stole $49 from me! I signed up and they couldn't get the service going after many hours despite it being an automated process. Their customer support was so seriously beyond idiotic! I decided to cut my losses and cancel as that glimpse into their service was deeply disturbing. They refused to refund me for a months hosting I never used! Why would a business feel they deserve to keep money for a service they never provided? This speaks volumes about their character! They are scam artists who utilize fine print red tape and double speak to commit blatant fraud upon innocent consumers! Avoid Hostwinds at all costs! Their money back guarantee is clearly a lie!
