Moz Pro and Moz Local are outstanding SEO and tracking tools for agencies and business owners. The staff at Moz is a collective of some of the most brilliant minds in the SEO industry and should be taken very seriously. Thank you Moz for everything you have done to provide us with great service since 2011 when we first started using your services! On a side note, MozCon Local 2017 was spectacular and I look forward to watching it grow throughout the years alongside Moz.

All my data was wiped. I started in October last year with a free 30 day trial, then on my third paid month, my payment was 3 days late and all my campaigns and data disappeared from the system. Support did not respond to my enquiries. Moz must have once been a great company. Sadly it is not anymore. I wouldn't wish this kind of catastrophe on anybody

The new Moz update is a DISASTER. We are a small web dev and digital marketing agency and have used Moz for many years. Loved it and never had to request assistance. With their new system, they took a 30% price increased and totally screwed up their service. We have lost hundreds of images, clients profiles have been overwritten (changed to Google's new category listings) and changed, and wrong addresses are now showing up for our clients. As a result, our clients SEO has degraded and we are getting complaints because of Moz. The account management team is nice on the phone but worthless. In a nutshell, we have to invest hundreds of hours to correct their system changes and errors. As a business owner, I can't understand how screwed up they have become. Hugh, Build Your Firm

These guys have the most professional tools available. Their customer service is truly second to none, I've never dealt with any company anywhere that can compare to how well they treat me and how quickly they respond. If you can't get a top 10 ranking with what Moz has to offer, than you're just doing something wrong.

Awesome customer service, awesome product and a super friendly team. These guys really have their heads screwed on. One of the very few products that is actually a business necessity for us these days. Domains, Hosting, PM app and SEOmoz. Quick to fix bugs and problems and always pumping out new features based on feedback of actual users. Highly recommended.

Moz is broken... Absolutely Loved Moz and highly recommended for several years. With the new software it's broken and while they have the nicest staff on the planet the value of the software has absolutely collapsed. Buyer beware... 1) Prior to June 2019 - Moz let you look at your listings on YellowPages, SuperPages, CityGrid and many others and manually submit to these directories directly from Moz. These directories are no longer available via Moz (and they did not mention this would be happening in their announcements about the new and improved Moz) 2) Prior to June 2019 - Moz would allow you to use their duplicates tool to find duplicates on ALL of the directories that Moz had relationships with. You could search by address, name or phone number. Moz then fixed many of these listings with a click of a button. The most important thing is you could in seconds "look" for duplicates. 3) Prior to June 2019 - We could see evidence that Moz was actually removing duplicate listings. It was awesome. But with the new software there is no proof from Moz's end that they are actually removing even a single duplicate listing. With over 100 accounts I have yet to see or be shown proof that a single duplicate was actually removed. Instead the screen on Moz says "No duplicates found" on all 100 accounts. This despite that when the new Moz came out I had cancelled Yext (releasing hundreds of previously "suppressed" duplicates. No evidence that Moz killed even one of them. I've asked for Moz to send proof that they have fixed even one. If they send proof I will happily update this. I really liked Moz. I thought they were awesome. I believe though that while they have a new interface and some of it is supposedly updating in near real time (But in looking at all the "in processings" I am not seeing much actually getting fixed) they actually allow us to interact with less directories, they fix less listings and that perhaps the real reason the people at the top took away our tools and anything that allowed transparency is that they may feel that we could find that Moz is actually less effective that in the past. I really hope that Moz fixes these items whic is why I wrote this and why I contacted customer service about them. I do want to note one positive item. Moz has absolutely the nicest people working in the chat customer service department for them of all the companies. I appluad them for their efforts and hard work. I hope the people at the top of Moz's decision making decide to 1) Bring back the tools 2) Work to bring back the relationships they had with other directories 3) And most of all set up a system of transparency so that we can verify that their software is actually fixing listings and removing duplicates. If you doubt any of this simply try to find the actual information for each directory on their interface (not just check marks but what the listings actually show as far as name, address, phone, website) and then try to find where they have actually removed even a single duplicate listing Let Moz know to improve their product for their benefit and ours. I would love to take this down knowing that they fixed this so people like you and I can do better jobs for our own clients. Thank you...

Do not purchase or subscribe to Moz Local under any circumstances, especially if you have multiple locations! Again do not purchase this gig, it is a scam! I have been using Moz local since their Beta version years ago. And even then it was not the best tool: the data they place in directories are not 100% accurate. And when I called Moz to rectify these erroneous listings, I got 0 customer support! There is no phone number for Moz local because they don't want to have to deal with unhappy customers, like me! I have 3 locations, and for 2 of those locations, I've been having Moz Local do the work. But unfortunately, for one of these locations Moz Local failed to do the job correctly and failed to even solve the issue! Even when I offered a solution they couldn't care less about trying try it!!! My City Search listing is connected to my main location which I am managing myself. Thank God I did not purchase another Moz Local Crap for that location! This is what happened: instead of creating a new listing in City Search for my purchased packages, they merged my Los Angeles listing with my other location in Orange County! My first attempt was to fix the issue through them, but they failed. So I contacted City Search myself. Working with City Search I was able to fix it the problem! And I notified Moz Local not to push any data to City Search! I believe if you are working with these directories and you push your data yourself you also have the ability contact them: I did this myself. So now, a week later, I again found my listing at City Search changed my listing from Los Angeles to Orange County! Moz totally failed to offer me a solution, and basically you can just get in touch with CitySearch and fix it. So you don't need Moz Local, and they only make it worse for you. Just do it yourself like I did and save your money for other SEO tools. Another reason Moz Local is not great! There is nothing in local directory listings you can't do yourself. The Moz Local package is just a scam! The entire policy is about not giving any refunds whether or not they can fix issues! I offered them the solution but still they are so lazy that they wouldn't even contact City Search to correct the information in my listing/s. I am also giving them 2 days to get back to me, otherwise i will take action towards this! I believe there will be many like me! So if you are business owner, looking to submit info to Local directories, skip Moz Local, do not purchase or pay $84.00 for it! Yext is also not great, but atleast they would fix the issue if you are their customer!

The Moz software has brought much light to the game of marketing business on the web. Also, I have learned so much and been handed so much food for thought on the Moz blog and the White Board Friday weekly video. The software can be a little bit delayed on results occasionally, but on the whole there is nothing like this service and I'd recommend the suite of Moz products.
