Beware. One year ago I had a terrible experience with them. My request was simple - take my exact website and recreate it onto Wordpress. They did not have to do any design nor content just meerly replicate. What I received was a website littered in errors, typos, in a copy-paste cheap template that looked nothing like I asked/showed. We went back and forth and I stayed patient explaining to them what needed to be fixed. In the meantime they continued to try to upsell me at every possible opportunity. They tried to sell me on SEO, a copy writer, different design, ... it was exhausting. They changed my project manager every week and it was complete disorganized chaos. After months of back and forth they finally agreed to a refund (which didn't help the months of wasted time) so I never wrote a review out of good faith. I had forgotten about this insanity until today, one year later, when I get a call and text from someone trying to sell me a website again?!!! It just goes to show that no one knows what's going on in this company and they have predatory, unrelenting sales tactics. I can't caution you enough.

It is with pleasure that I'm writing this review. I signed up for a web page design back in Nov 2021, a lot of sad Things happened and I expressed it with a bad review. I was grateful when Mr. Martin J contacted me through the Canadian better business bureau as he was assigned to my case. As a team manager our discussions were very informative and instructive, he was very professional and had a lot of patience. He followed up with me on the daily base. He made sure I was satisfied with my web side. He went above and below to make me happy, I love my web page. I recommend this company and if you come across some issues, please reach out to the right people ( the management team to get it resolved). It's has been a pleasant experience working with Martin J. I wished he was assigned to me the first day. Thank you, Martin J, you are the best

The best company I have worked with for online support. They were very detailed about what services I was receiving for my project and the price was reasonable. They kept in contact with me every step of the project I was impressed. Martin, Daniel and Jacob was an awesome team to work with. I also was given a project manager for any questions or anything I needed taking care of. I definitely will be working with Web Verse Inc with my future projects.

This company has a high pressure sales approach and culture. Regretfully, I purchased a website and logo package. Communication was unprofessional, deadlines weren't met, and the products delivered were horrible. I hired another designer to redo the entire site and complete the project. Wouldn't recommend doing business with them. To add to the details of this situation, I was 5 weeks in to a 2 week project and given a new project manager who text at 1055 PM CST. With updates that reflected ridiculous updates to the website. I designed my own logo because no one listened to what I requested of the designers. They can hardly speak English, don't communicate professionally, and keep sending the erroneous material repeatedly via text and email. I'll just consider this a charitable donation to a company who can't deliver and move on. RUN! I have never met more ridiculous people in my life. Professionals expect professionals. Sad sickening performance. It's been a curse to deal with these people. Wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy! Good thing that we don't practice healthcare this way!

In January 2023 we started a project with webverse that was set to be complete in 3-4 week. 8 weeks In got a few photos. 5 months later still no website. Was told I would be receiving a refund, and that still has not been processed for 5 additional months. Every month or so they call to ask if I want additional services. These are just scammers.

Our up to this point smooth experience is a testament to their technical prowess. The uptime and speed of our website have both been flawless. We no longer have to worry about a problem that we used to struggle with frequently thanks to Web Verse's windows hosting services.

Great work! Mark has helped me a lot and also the guidance for my project regarding new ideas and solutions for my questions he has been great and also Zach who is leading my project he is also very co-operative and understanding he is also helping me a lot to make things good on my website. I love their work.
