DO NOT USE THIS OUTDATED COMPANY ITS 2025 THEY SHOULD OF GONE OUT OF BUSINESS

After a small issue with the availability of equipment the experience, follow up and end results were great. Our Technician installer was the most courteous and professional sub contractor that my wife and I have ever experienced.

So these fools are alleging that I am using 61 gigs of bandwidth per day streaming Netflix at 1080p on one single device. THIS IS PREPOSTEROUS! Are you guys actually this hard up as a business where you need to rob customers for your sub-par service and circa 2005 internet speeds???!! Seriously?! I'm getting 1mbps and you send me a $200 bill.....suffice it to say I will urge people to go with ANY other provider every single chance I get. This is ludicrous.

DO NOT USE THIS INTERNET PROVIDER! Save yourself the hassle and go literally anywhere else. The service is SO bad. Inconsistent speeds, way too many packets lost in route, apathetic customer service. There are way too many days where our internet is unusable for anything of than static page web browsing. Any time we have had issues, which seems to be constant, they put in so little effort to troubleshoot. We basically have to beg to get basic service and even then, they usually end up just shrugging it off. They don't even have access to most of the important lines, which are apparently handled by Astound. So they usually pawn off responsibility and leave it at that until we inevitably have to call and beg for more service AGAIN AND AGAIN! I am dreaming of the day I can finally escape from this unending nightmare.

Nothing but issues with every aspect of their internet services, billing and online account usage. The people are always nice when you call, but that's not enough to make me a happy customer. I shouldn't have to call to fix issues constantly. I shouldn't have to re-sign up for auto-pay every month. That defeats the purpose. They will turn off your internet if they want to talk to you, about how they messed up, again, rather than calling you. And no one is there on weekends. And it all started with them failing to tell me the FULL cost of the set up and me hearing the "manager" say essentially "so what". When the tech called in and was sitting right next to me. So they will screw up over and over and do NOTHING to make it right.

After struggling for 4 years with wave(astound) and dealing with constant droppages and although paying for a gig ...getting speeds consistantly below 30 mbps. I ran out of patience and switched to olypen. Mind you the people, and service persons that visited my home over 50 times in that period were very good people... they just couldn't get the product to work consistently. Mike from oly pen came this morning and i am now getting great speed and am staying connected. Everything is working great and i am so relieved. Thank you olypen!!!

I have been very happy with Olypen for years, no problems with signing up or installation, and the couple times I had a problem I couldn't solve they were there to help. I'm most grateful that I had the choice between local and the "big" ISPs. I much prefer to pick up the phone and call local or drive 10 minutes to their office, over talking to someone in a call center somewhere. Because they're small it may mean they're not available 24/7, but I'd rather go a day without internet if I have to in order to have friendly, personal service.

I had an issue at my place of business the other day not being able to get my Internet to work. I was on the phone three times with Olypen with three different technicians that were equally polite and helpful. That's pretty awesome to see that type of consistency over the phone. Can't say enough about my experience. I was able to solve the issue on my own but could not have done it without some helpful tips from these guys. thanks!
