Alt29 has done a great job with my web site. I am very happy with all the web design and marketing changes Tim has made. I highly recommend Alt29 for any web site work you need done.

Alt 29 has their web link on the bottom of Spokane city credit union's website as the designer. This link is broken. It says .org, not .com as it should be. As a member of SCCU and frequent user of the site, I have had $11,000 transfer/deposits literally disappear after being logged out, a paycheck disappeared from the website ledger, functions like check-boxes are inop, now I can not log in (tried two PCs and different browsers). I am not the only one with problems, others have had this problem and according to SCCU management, it is a KNOWN problem. It takes personal attention to fix it which makes me uncomfortable having people looks in my checking account. The site is buggy. After a few minutes of using the site, it will log you out, ZERO warning. Middle of a transfer or whatever, sorry. You're done. Log back in. It took 2 days for my direct transfer of my mortgage payment to show up even though my mortgage company had recorded it. Didn't even show as pending EVER. Not exactly sure where the problem lies but now I cannot log in, not sure why but if they are doing maintenance, at least say, "Were doing maintenance" or something clever like that. This may cost SCCU a customer.

Alt 29 has always been very professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all web services, especially the high end products.
