We have used Firegang Dental Marketing for over a year now and have increased our monthly New Patients count consistently. Their entire staff is committed to our success and their response time is instantaneous. Barbara is extremely knowledgeable and her expertise in marketing shows in the level of support she provides to our office. I completely agree with Naina Mahale's experience. When we submitted our termination notice, the company delayed the process until it was too late, then informed us that we had already auto-renewed--locking us into another year of service. Over the past year, we have seen no increase in new patient numbers, nor any improvement in production or collections. Rather than taking accountability, they placed the blame on our front desk staff and even suggested that our limited Facebook posting (1-2 times per day) was the reason for our lack of results. Overall, our experience has been disappointing, and I would not recommend their services.

If you are a dentist and looking at marketing services, save yourself thousands of dollars but more importantly tremendous amount of mental stress by NOT signing up with this company. They are very unethical, care about only getting paid. They did a very poor job with my website and marketing and every time I tried to talk to them, they only blamed my front desk team - everything they did was perfect and the fact that mrketing was not working was all my fault. The worst was when I gave them 3 month notice that I no longer wanted to work with them, they ensured that they got paid each month but provided no service at all ( which was terrible anyway). This was extortion pretty much. The contract according to them was one sided - I had to comply with the agreement but they had no responsibilities. The Vice president Becky is their worst employee - she was very rude and condescending and mean spirited. There were 2 employees that had some compassion and humanity in them but their hands were tied. NEVER sign a contract with these people. I never ever write a bad review and always willing to show people grace but this was the worst experience of my life. I would hate for anyone to go through what I did.. would not wish them on my worst enemy.

Exactly what Dr. Cote said! Run as far as you can. I had a meeting to voice my concerns on how their marketing is not working well and I wanted to leave. They slapped the contract in my face. I cancelled my contract months in advance and they still kept on charging my account past the contract end date and when I disputed it, they went back and charged my credit card without my consent. Save yourself the trouble and find a better marketing company. They are crooks!!!

They are very detailed oriented when it comes to the monthly meeting report. The team always has an answer to my question and even provides resources to help me tackle the issue. Lauren and Susan have been a pleasure to work with.

Don't take the bait. Promises made and no results. In fact, I even went backwards. When you try to cancel they refuse and tell you to set up an exit interview. When you try to call and do that they are always busy and you must leave a message. When they try to contact you, they call from numbers that require a pin to access or are not functional. In the mean time they keep taking money from your bank account. I have been trying to divorce myself from this company since October and find nothing but road blocks.
