They lied to me , they put big holes in my house to mount a dish, Screen is pixel y Rebuffer lot . They are with drawing more from my account then they agreed . They said I run out of data and shut me down , I have no service .
Ok I'll be honest.. prior to their recent upgrade, Hughes net for me was definitely not high speed and was super slow to load anything to watch or just use the Internet....I wouldn't have given them one star. However since my service has been upgraded I have to say that I am impressed with the improvement!! So much faster!! And my monthly payment is lower as well!
It would be zero if I could we recently moved from a house to an apartment and they said it would be no problem but when we got here they couldn't do it the tech said he would call and cancel and didn't do that so they tried to run my card for auto pay which I didn't sign up for AND said we used all our gigs up when the motum isn't even hooked up HOW don't give these scammers any of your money.
Slow glitches services that crashes. Their solution? Upgrade to premium. Now I pay out the A$$ for slower, glitchier service that crashes atleast 8 times a day!
It's been a monopoly in the Spokane County for over 20 years, and they still act like one to the elderly who depend on their services.
