Accumula is an amazing product helping extensively with automation between Lightspeed & Shopify creating awesome efficiencies e.g. automatic price reconcilliation via matching SKU codes Savannah is our contact at Accumula and she always has time to help us via a zoom meeting or email correspondance no matter how trivial our request and she always goes above & beyond! The support function is amazing

I've been using Accumula for a few years now to link our POS to our Ecom site. I think the application does what it is intended to do. I would love to see a few more options to reduce steps that need to be taken after upload but all in all I think it works great. What I really love is the customer service - there is always someone available to help and answer any questions really quickly. Shawna (in Seattle) in particular has been really amazing and responsive! She's really helped us sort out a few kinks as our website grows.

We use Accumula, syncing Shopify and Lightspeed and have 3 major problems. The cost of items does not sync from Lightspeed to Shopify. Any exchanges done in Shopify do not transfer correctly to Lightspeed. And any item archived in Lightspeed does not archive in Shopify. 2.12.24 it appears that exchanges now work properly, with the item purchased on the exchange transferring to Lightspeed. 4.10.24 Accumula has fixed the archiving of skus now- skus archived in Lightspeed now sync with Shopify and are also archived.

Amazing to work with - responsive, solid product. Very happy with my choice to go with them!
