Advanced Stream

I called Advanced Stream 3 times. First, I called asking all the questions about fiber and how to get it setup. Second, I called to start service. Third, I called a week later to tell them how appreciative I am with their services. I spoke with Chris each time, followed his directions and advice, and now I couldn't be happier! Advanced Stream is an incredibly good experience compared to Xfinity. I will recommend Advanced Stream every time.

What a blessing to have a locally owned company to be our broadband service provider. Mitchel came and hooked us up quickly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We are very happy with advanced stream.

In the three years that we've had a fiber internet connection through Advance Stream, it's only gone down once (when a car hit a telephone pole). This kind of reliability is unusual on Bainbridge Island, which has frequent power and cable outages. When you do need tech support, real (local!) people answer the phone and provide meaningful help. If you're tired of cable outages and tech-support purgatory, this provider is your solution.

Amazing customer service!! I thought I was having issues with the fiber and with their help in troubleshooting we pinpointed the issue was the connection on my router. Great company, definitely recommend them.

Best internet install I've had! Fantastic customer service. They worked around my schedule, consulted me on placement of lines, allowed me To use my own equipment but also had other options available when my equipment wasn't meeting speeds I wanted. Provided step by step Instructions to connect and update equipment and called to check in and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I haven't been this pleased with a service call in a very long time. If this company is an option, I 100% recommend them!

Totally Awesome company. Fast and reliable and really cares about their customers!

We had an issue with our connection on a Friday night. On a cold Feb. night in Cache Valley ya just want to stay in where it's warm and watch some TV. I knew it was after hours so thought I'd just leave a voice mail and hope for a call back on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to actually get an after hours call from Mitch asking me what he could do to get us up and going again. Mitch gave us some tech. suggestions and within 20 minutes we were back in business. We were very happy and impressed with their prompt and pleasant service!! Thanks Mitch !!!
