Foster's Creative

This is only a 4.0 because I couldn't leave a 4.5 and because I want to leave room for Foster's to reach higher. My organization has been working with these amazing people for nearly 8-months and couldn't be more pleased, i.e. our attendance has more than doubled since this same time last year and I attribute most of that growth to Team FC's partnership. In the end, if you want to make $ you have to spend $ and the key is spending on the right things and on the right partners, Foster's checks both boxes.

Bryson seemed like a nice guy at first, but things went downhill fast when it came to the actual commercial shoot. He pushed his own creative idea really hard--even after we ran it by multiple credible media agencies (the same ones we'd be airing with), who all said it wasn't a good concept. We told him this, but he ignored the feedback. We paid one of our customers to use their house for the shoot, which was super clean and meticulously cared for. Then a group of twenty-something kids showed up to do the filming. They were mostly polite, but one of them immediately used the bathroom and left a huge, awful mess. It was really disrespectful and embarrassing, especially considering how gracious our customer was in letting us use their home. I asked multiple times for the crew to get B-roll of the job site--this place had amazing amenities that would've looked great in the commercial. I kept reminding them, but they didn't bother. Then after the commercial was done, Bryson asked me if we had any B-roll footage he could "steal" to use--like it was somehow our fault they didn't shoot it. They brought in super expensive equipment like they were filming a Marvel movie. It honestly felt like a way for the young crew to play with fancy gear on our dime, not something that actually benefited the project. When we finally saw the commercial, it was a mess--completely off-brand, obnoxious, and not something we could ever actually use. We showed it to our team and the media agencies, and everyone agreed: it wasn't good, and no one wanted to air it. Bryson offered us $1,000 to go back and shoot B-roll, but it wasn't worth reducing our final invoice when it was all said and done. All in, we spent over $15,000 plus our time and customer payments for a commercial that's totally useless to us. Even our own staff looked at it after completed and wondered "what was that" ?? Wouldn't recommend working with this company--unprofessional, wasteful, and completely ignored the direction we gave them throughout the process.
