Yakama Nation Networks

Bad service. Internet goes down for hours on Saturday or Sunday and after hors. They don't care. Fix your own. Not reliable at all. I hate even giving one star. Go with Highes Net.

Things are going down hill. Network is down.. can't get hold of tech... no way to leave a message... time for a new provider. You used to be good.

I have been a YN Networks customer since 2014 and have had their service in multiple locations. I've been very happy with their service, little to no issues. If I have had a problem, their customer service has been exceptional and my problems were resolved quickly. They've even sent technicians out the same day which is unheard of with large chain companies(I've had centurylink in the past, won't go back). Thank you YN Networks for providing this service to the community!

I'm a gamer and can play competitively with low ping and 0 packet loss as well as my son. There were a few times where I had issues with my equipment, but they were quick to resolve it. We stream Netflix, Max, Hulu, etc.. while playing games with no problem. Our connection goes to the ridge. This company has had its ups and downs, but the customer service has been top tier. My previous isp was century link and in order to get ahold of somebody I would have to play phone tag and ultimately end up nowhere Yakama Nation Networks is a local business so I get to actually talk to someone locally. 9/10

Ridiculous prices for mediocre speed, CONSTANT outages, and tech support that's never available when you need it. If there's an outage after business hours (and there will be), you're on your own. And they will make no effort to improve their service because they know people out here have few if any other options. They've also recently deleted their Facebook to try to hide all the bad reviews. It's now virtually impossible to get ahold of them for any reason. Avoid at all costs.

No matter which service you pay for, you will never receive it. My family has relied on YNN for years now, but now once has it ever been reliable. You're tech support seems to leave an hour earlier, so no one is ever one call to help with issues. WIFI is terribly slow, or out all together. I would reconsider your options before you pay for any full price of this terrible ISP, you will regret it immensely.

Pretty sheesh. Good price, good for 4 xboxs and a pc gaming. Usually respond to calls and emergencies in a fair amount of time. Would recommend if you have the view to the towers.

Very professional and prompt service, I got a response right away even after hours. I was set up and our internet was working good early the next morning. Good Job YNN
