Ultra Web Hosting

My old webhost was super expensive so I found Ultra-Web-Hosting and signed up with them to be my new webhost. I gave them my old host info and they quickly copied over all my files, set up everything and asked me to give them an authorization code to transfer my domain. This is where I messed up ... I realized my domain admin email was wrong so I edited that admin data. I gave ultra-web-hosting the transfer code not realizing that when you edit your domain admin data, ICANN may put on a 60 day lock before you can transfer. I should have followed instructions, but I'm a guy, so I don't always read the instructions. Things got stuck and I reached out to Tucows /ENOM for help as they control my domain. Anyhow, the registrar transferred and Ultra-Web-Hosting put it all together! This is where I want to stress the importance of having a webhost that consists of real people that respond quickly and communicate by email, or the service tickets. My old webhost was online chat only and used bots. I'm a new ultra-web-hosting customer that made a mistake and needed help. They professionally corrected the situation and did it with dignity and respect. Time will tell how my experience goes from here ... but I know they have my back.

I am a designer and for my website clients I always choose Ultra Web Hosting. I currently have about 15 sites running on their servers with no problems whatsoever, everything has been great. Their services are easy to set up, reasonably priced, and their technical support is wonderful and very responsive. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW! Ultra Web Hosting is an amazing company!!! At first I was weary because they don't have a customer service phone line....BUT THEY WILL REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS SOOOOO QUICKLY!!!!! Every single time I have had the slightest issue, their customer service technicians are always friendly and extremely helpful. Not to mention...their prices are amazing. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE AND ANYONE that is wanting to purchase hosting or register a domain. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I have been using Ultra Web hosting for years. I typically don't need assistance, but when I do, they are excellent. They helped solve my website hosting issues and trouble shot my wordpress configuration. Thank you so much for all the expertise and assistance! Kevin was wonderful to work with.

This Company is all about Customer Service ! No Kidding !! No need to shop around ... I did it for you already My money is well spent ! You know how it is when you sign up to "That Company" that has gained your trust, promised you everything you could want. You feel sure and are confident that you made the correct decision choosing them. Then when you desperately need help, they are hard to reach or you're switcher to a tech person only to get switched to another. Then wait a long time (possibly hours) to maybe get your issue resolved. Well, Ultra Web Hosting is not "That Company". Service, Service and more Service is what I experienced They handled my issues and even more that didn't pertain to them. They gave advice and followed up too. Response to owner's reply: - I was not a customer for 15 years, I was a customer from 2004 to 2010 because of the good server performance; this amounts to 6 years. - Your chat system does not allow for 10 consecutive chats within 20 seconds; it has not been coded to allow for this. David, you show absolutely no regard or respect to your customer's. As a customer of 6 years, on one of your top tier semi-dedicated plans, you show an unfathomable sense of rudeness and dishonesty. This is why I left. Your brother, Kevin Turner, was always polite and responded to my chats but I suppose some people just don't like British people opening live chat support requests with their suppliers! Original review: I was previously with Ultra Web Hosting when they were known as 'Flux Services' and could never get through to their live chat agents. Fast forward to this present day and this is still the case where the live chat system hangs continuously. I naturally tried to restart a live chat request several times as I thought there was some issue with my computer stopping it from working however it actually transpires that the agent, David Turner, a customer services rep is actively avoiding starting a conversation with me! I used a fake name and email address and he answered straight away. I would not recommend this hosting company due to the appalling customer support.

The team at Ultra Web Hosting have been a terrific help to me in managing numerous websites over the past years. I highly recommend Ultra Web Hosting. They are highly responsive, fully knowledgeable and available to research and resolve issues or technical solutions that I have needed from time to time, way beyond just supplying solid reliable hosting .
