Excellent data enter to host your servers..! Have been to this data centre and happy to host our servers here. They have good team supporting multiple clients with dedicated support providing l3 and l4 network and server troubleshooting support.. Have multiple redundancy plans with regards to power and network... You are not allowed inside with out proper prior registration from your registered owner of the hosted servers with our proper reason...

This company is so good at fraud it should be their mission statement. Ordered dedicated server. No response. They took the money. I contacted them. No response. Opened a dispute about a month after placing the order. Now they are trying to charge me again. Avoid at all costs. Read the other 1 star reviews.

If you need a good hosting colocation datacenter then you really need to do yourself and company a favor and do business with Wowrack. I've done business with them for over 8 years and they impress me every time I need something. Professional, responsive, friendly, helpful, etc. Staff is great. Ed is awesome to deal with. Keep it up!

Over the years I have used Wowrack for hosting my servers, including several Non-Profit projects that were highly successful because of the high availability of the Wowrack facility. While not always that way, they acted quickly to address these issues and have successfully prevented future issues. Really helpful datacenter techs at this location, too. Thank you for everything ya'll do!

Would give this company zero stars if I could. Run, do not walk from doing business with this company. Their business office is incompetent. We have not worked with Wowrack for over three years but just got a bill from them for billing mistakes that were between three and six years old. To add insult to injury they now threaten to send us to collections. Engage at your own peril they are incompetent and unethical.

Excellent strides have been made to bulletproof their systems. They are constantly upgrading infrastructure to improve the overall experience. Excellent data center company.

It's been an Year I am doing business with them with 101% Priority Support and Good Management. Their Network uptime, Power uptime and more over the Remote Hands are no doubt World Class.
