AngelCom IT Services

We use the company for local IT consulting services for our law firm. They have been consistent in their services. We recently had one of our people need to be set up remote out of the country and "Alex" from the East Coast office assisted us and got everything running smoothly notwithstanding differences in time zones. My computer would not recognize my card readers and passport drives, Brendon called me back and went into my and fixed my computer so they all can be read. They also previously updated the hard drives to give me more space and did an excellent job. I always use them when I need a new computer or have problems.

When my computer started giving me problems and syncing errors the middle of my very busy workday, David Mays with AngelCom came to the rescue! It was extremely stressful having coworkers think that I was mistakenly deleting company documents. When David called to help me, he could tell that I was under a lot of pressure. He was very patient with me, continued to remind me that nothing would be permanently removed, and that he would help me by remotely logging into my computer. David was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, kind and supportive while he was talking with me. Once he was able to log in remotely, he told me that he would need to have access to my files for a while, to take a break and he would call me when he was done. He kept me well informed during the process and was able to restore everything for me. We have been working with AngelCom for a few years and have always received excellent customer service, but I feel that David went above & beyond. I've dealt with IT budgets and in house staffed departments in the past and AngelCom provides outstanding value, outstanding service, and outstanding solutions. Jeremy, Brandon, Cory, David, and the whole tech support team are awesome! I also use them for my personal IT solutions. I brought my laptop to Nick recently for a new battery and he noticed the hard drive was running slow (yes, it was) and replaced it with a solid state drive that is super zippy! He took care of transferring all my data from the old drive to the new drive.

Time and speed is very essential to me. Called Angel Computer this morning. Stated my concerns and need. Cory showed at the time window promised. He was very professional and fast. He also showed me how to create a folder for my bookmark tabs! Totally Awesome! Thank you, Cory!!

We've used this company a few times now for some small jobs in our office. We originally found them while searching for someone to help set up our Mac computers to a Ricoh printer. I had called several IT places and nobody knew how or was willing until we found this place! Every time we've called they are kind, patient, and efficient. If they don't have an answer right away they work hard to get it as quickly as possible. We will continue to go here for our IT needs and appreciate their honesty, fair pricing and great service.
