Sellozo

It has truly been a pleasure collaborating with Sellozo and its dedicated team. Under the guidance of Thilan in the managed service, we've taken our Amazon business to new levels ... profitably. We have regular weekly meetings and are working great as a team. Thanks to Thilan and the Sellozo team's expertise, our sales have grown significantly while slashing unnecessary advertising spend. Our Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) has doubled, while our Advertising Cost of Sales (ACOS) has plummeted by nearly 50%. Thilan has really learned our products and our business and he has learned how to use Sellozo to work best for us. I endorse not only the software itself but also the managed service. Having a seasoned professional like Thilan onboard adds an extra dimension of effectiveness to the program, like adding rocket fuel to our Amazon business.

I began my self publishing journey about two and a half years ago. I worked so hard on my first book and it was extraordinarily frustrating that despite all my efforts producing the book, not to mention the time and money spent marketing the book, I had exactly zero sales after two months. Despite the fact that I was constantly reading and watching YouTube videos regarding how to sell my new book, nothing seemed to be working for me. It was then that I discovered PPC. I quickly discovered how powerful and important a tool PPC can be for an independent publisher like myself. I spent the next two years watching every YouTube video and taking every udemy course I could find related to the subject. I learned a ton really quickly, but it was overwhelming, to say the least. It was also an extremely frustrating, and at times, demoralizing, period of time in which I literally quit the self publishing game no less than three separate times. There were weeks when I felt like I had cracked the code and was going to be filthy rich followed by weeks in which I had an ACOS of 300% and felt like a total failure. I discovered there is a lot of "bad"or false information out there regarding PPC. I even paid a consultant $100 an hour to audit my PPC campaigns and advise my regarding how to improve them. While this consultant did, in fact, teach me some things and help me in some ways, he also gave me some really bad information. So, I learned just because someone claims to be a PPC expert, doesn't mean they can help me with my specific products and situation. I was doing PPC, but I knew I was not doing it well. Managed accounts were simply way too expensive relative to my income. I decided, with much trepidation, to give an Artifical Intelligence PPC service a try. It was then that I discovered Sellozo. Sellozo seemed to have what I was looking for. While not cheap for someone like me, it wouldn't break the bank, and it had some extremely positive reviews and seemed like a real company that wasn't going anywhere. It also offered a 14 day free trial, so I had literally nothing to lose. As soon as I unleased Sellozo on my PPC campaigns, it made a profound change in both sales and net income. My spend doubled, but so did my sales. I'm still working out the kinks, but Sellozo offeres first rate customer service and has tons of video tutorials covering just about every imaginable consideration, including dayparting, campaign studio, automatic exact match keyword creation, automatic negative keyword creation, and campaign optimization. After about a month, I had a zoom call with Thilan Wijesinha who audited my account and told me what I could do to further improve my results. I'm so happy I decided to try Sellozo, as it has really been a game changer for me. I strongly recommend you give Sellozo a try too!

I've been using their service for longer than 2 years now and they continue to improve their services to cater to the needs of ever-so-changing market of Amazon. This guy named Chris Ford have been awesome help to me as he has spent time to explain some of the new powerful features that Sellozo offers, which I did not know about! Overall great experience for the price.

They're worth every penny! I signed up for the weekly Managed Ads service, and the price may seem a little steep for a small Amazon business like mine, but we were able to much more than make up the cost of Sellozo's services with the increased sales that they delivered. The Managed Ads was the way to go for me because Amazon Advertising is so complicated that you really can't figure it all out on your own. My assigned Account Manager is great, and in just 4 months he was able to double the number of orders I was getting from Amazon Advertising (and that was AFTER help that I had already gotten from another Amazon consultant that wasn't able to produce any more results). More significantly, though, Sellozo was able to improve my regular Amazon search results apart from the advertising, so my last statement from Amazon was double the overall revenue from before I found Sellozo. Now that they've gotten my Amazon Advertising running like a well oiled machine, I was able to save money by switching to their monthly Managed Ads service. On top of all that, they're just great folks to work with.

I feel compelled to write this review for Sellozo because my experience has been exceptional! I have started out using the Sellozo software on my own and the customer service experience was very good from the initial onboarding all the way through to making changes to the back end of Amazon PPC on my own. My time became very limited and I learned of an account management version of the software where you had a one-on-one meeting weekly. And you get an expert within Sellozo to assist in managing the entire system. I jumped at the chance to have this upgrade and within six weeks or so I was onboarded. My first rep was fantastic and did a great job. She was then promoted, and I ended up receiving a new person to manage my account. You never know what you're going get when you have somebody new, but I have to say I feel like my experience is even better than it was before now with Thilan! I have to give a shout-out to Thilan my Amazon PPC ninja within Sellozo. He consistently goes above and beyond bringing new ideas as far as testing and efficacy that have increased our Amazon Ppc revenue and have drastically decreased are Acos and has made us even more profitable than before. I highly recommend Sellozo, Thilan, and the account management program!

I have been with Sellozo for over a year now. Their on-boarding process was great - starting with business goals to sales goals and teaching basic functions to accomplish goals. A year later Sellozo has some serious enhancements. Most important is data collection, organization and presentation. I can now see how each keyword is performing - down to that detail. Surely, you can spend a lot of time on Amazon and find that out but if Sellozo can do it efficiently it saves a lot of time. I have had few calls with them within last year; each staff member was very knowledgeable about Amazon processes and how Ozo can help my business.

My experience using Sellozo as an agency has exceeded my expectations. The onboarding process couldn't have been more personal, helpful and friendly with Kris making sure I had a strong understanding of the software. As an solo Amazon consultant I have limited time to spend on PPC Management, so I have also suggested my clients with a large product catalog to use Sellozo's Managed plan. They have seen better than expected results with the Managed plan. I will be recommending all of my clients to use Sellozo's Managed plan from here on out.
