Woobox

Do not use this company. The app works well, no complaints. But try to get them to stop billing you. They will tell you you have to pay additional months. I wrote them asking why the continue billing me and to please stop. Months later they are still trying to charge my card. Rediculous. It says cancel anytime, but that only means they will still bill you after your campaign is over.

I run all of my campaigns on Woobox and have for 4 years. It's a seamless experience and drives results for my small business. I highly recommend the software for social media challenges and giveaways. Also - big shout of to the team behind the scenes that has been incredibly responsive.

I have been using Woobox for contests since August of 2013. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that their plug-ins for "subscribe on YouTube" and "follow on Instagram" don't work. I thought I had everything tested and working on my most recent contests but was told by several contestants that the links don't work. It makes us look incompetent. TO Woobox: Just remove things if you can't make them functional. I'd rather not have the option at all if it doesn't work.

We signed up for Woobox in October of 2022, and we did reach out them back then about concerns of features listed on their site, that we are not able to use. We paid $384 for a one year subscription, only to find out after that we could not set up giveaways on Facebook tabs, and many other options they were promoting. They only give you 30 days to cancel, and of course we were past the 30 days. So I told them to remove my Credit Card from the site, which they did not do. They told me how to "cancel" my account, but by doing so, not only do they NOT refund any of my money. I can't use the site at all, the site they charged me $384 to use for 1 year. If I cancel it to make it so it won't charge my credit card (as it's the only option they give us to do this), I can't even use the site for the rest of the year, effectively making it so that I ran two contests that vastly under performed because of how their contests can't actually integrate into most platforms the way they claimed they could.

THERE'S A REASON ALL THE REVIEWS ARE 1 STAR. Throw your money away at your own peril. Once you're done using the service(and you will be quickly once you realize how ineffective and overpriced it is) it's a nightmare to cancel and/or get refunded. Just donate your $400 to charity and save the headache. Comment Picker is a MUCH better alternative. Fair warning!

they deleted all of my data for my contest so now I am stuck with nothing and the campaign continued to glitch and not stay active. This is garbage DO NOT EVEN USE THE FREE VERSION IT WILL JUST MAKE YOU MORE ANGRY !!!!
