Paco was amazing with our installation and setup! He arrived early, found a non-invasive solution for getting wires into the house, and had us fully set up in under 45 minutes. Internet works great across the house. Highly recommend!

I have been with PocketiNet for several years. They don't treat you like you're just another number. Every interaction I've had whether it's customer service, sales or tech support services they all are genuine in wanting to provide a quality service and assistance.

Katie has been an absolute gem! She followed up with me on a few occasions over about a month to ensure I was getting the assistance I needed! She was always so genuine about trying to help and patient with me as I worked through a new process. She is one of a kind and deserves all the praise I can give!!!

Today I had Paco and his co worker come check out the issues with our router, they showed up a bit early and were super kind and informative! Best internet providers for this area!

Walla Walla location - Jerry was so nice and great service. Felt like talking to a friend. Rhonda was great in billing. Very caring about their clients.

Kate and Nate were over the top in getting our internet back up and running. Kate diverted Nate to help us out. Nate fixed the problem. In taking with him, I could tell he is a "good guy". A real keeper.

Reading over some of these reviews and seeing that I have the same problems and more with this service. We got internet then had problems with speed then upgraded and turns out it's actually worse or the same as before. Paying 120 for 25mbs and getting around 1.9 if its nice out. Service tech has been here a few times and still hasn't worked properly. Wondering why I'm paying so much for a service that isn't performing as advertised? Thinking I should be charged way less or just switch to a different service

We had PocketiNet for many years and had reliable excellent service. Last winter the system went down and we were encouraged to upgrade. We upgraded and still had difficulty. I made an appointment to cancel. And the tech didn't show up after I waited all day.But it got worse after that. We were charged for 8 months we didn't use, and charged to end our contract. I do not reccomend this company.
