After discovering a troubling number of Processes (programs) running in the background of Windows11, I submitted a service request to Firefly. When a Firefly staff person called me he asked me a series of questions over the next 10 minutes about things on my PC. It was obvious he is an expert as he ran through an orderly sequence and hierarchy of sluething. Then he declared "Your PC is fine. No charge." I'll be back, if/when I have a real problem with my PC.

We have been to Firefly quite a few times over the past nine months with issues involving an older computer. We finally bought a new one and needed help setting everything up and transferring all of the information and files from the old to the new. Luis is awesome! He has always been so patient with two seniors who are not very proficient with computers. We truly appreciated all his help.

Great employees, very helpful! I needed heatsink for my new processor and called this company to see if they had any because everywhere else was sold out. They said they didn't have any at first but the owner immediately called me back and said he had a half tube in his desk drawer he would sell me for half price. That's great commitment and customer service. I've since made multiple purchases here.
