Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Thank you, Albert, Ezzy, Leonard, and Saul for a great experience getting my 2024 YOHO camper tuned up! They re-aligned the door to prevent rubbing, re-painted the top door hinge, put fresh tape around the solar panel on the roof, re-caulked some seams along the frame, and fixed the wiring so the camper would properly charge the power station from the truck's 5pin connector (2005 Toyota Tundra Double Cab 4x4) UPDATE as of Dec 2024: I've taken off a star from my rating since two issues which were fixed on 7/30/2024 have now re-occurred after only 4 months (Beginning of Dec 2024): (1) camper no longer charges from the truck so something in the wiring has gone wrong again and (2) the ceiling joint has come apart again (an issue whose fix I neglected to mention in my initial review).

I can not say enough about our Scout Kenai and the staff working at Adventurer. First, our Kenai is by far one of our best purchases, it has allowed us the freedom to travel wherever we want and work remotely from just about anywhere. The space is perfect for the two of us and our dog, really we don't want anyone else with us! The staff at Adventurers is AMAZING, every time I have called they haven't passed the buck, they have handled and remedied the situation. Brad, Aurora, and maybe Cynthia(?) are all problem solvers. I appreciate y'all and giving us a camper that meets our minimalist lifestyle while still letting us embrace adventure! Thank you!

My experience with Adventure Manufacturing has been frustrating and disappointing compared to my previous purchase with Four Wheel Campers, which was smooth and well-handled. With Adventure Manufacturing, I had to communicate with multiple people, and the process was disorganized from the start. They consistently overpromised and underdelivered, losing my orders and failing to follow through on commitments. One particularly frustrating instance was when they provided me with a service request form to submit modifications I wanted for my camper--only to later inform me they wouldn't accommodate any of my requests. On top of that, when I sought solutions, they recommended I get service through Juniper, a company based in Colorado. Traveling from Washington state for service is simply not feasible for me, making their suggestion completely impractical. I am currently working with Gavin and Christy. While Gavin tries to be helpful, I am very unhappy with Christy--she has been rude and dismissive, which has only added to my frustration. They also do not answer my questions, and I constantly have to follow up just to get partial or vague responses. Additionally, they promised me my camper would have an air conditioner that would be ready by spring 2025. However, I am now picking up my camper without one, which is incredibly frustrating and yet another example of their lack of follow-through. Looking back, I should have stayed with Four Wheel Campers and purchased another camper from them. Unfortunately, it's too late now, and I'm stuck dealing with this experience. Overall, I am very disappointed. The lack of communication, unwillingness to help, and poor customer service have made this process far more stressful than it needed to be. I expected better professionalism and reliability, and unfortunately, this company has fallen far short of that standard.

Just had an amazing experience at the Adventurer/Scout open house in Yakima last week. I've upgraded my rating to 5 stars (would have put 6 stars if it was possible). It's clear to me the service and commitment to Scout campers is without bounds. The day of event Scout owners were treated to maintenance demos and interesting discussions about improving the product all while their campers were getting serviced/upgraded etc. At the end of the day we all got our campers back and headed out to a nearby campground for a great night socializing by a campfire. Loved it!!! ----------------------------- I've had my Scout Kenai a year now and aside from a leak, which they took care of, I've been very happy. Of course there are things that need fixing/tweaking but overall I would choose this product again. In fact, I can see myself getting another Scout years down the road as they are constantly working to improve the designs and I'm sure I will lust after the latest at some point!

Have had my Yoho for four years. The team at Scout/Adventurer has always been super helpful, responsive, and accommodating when I've had questions or problems. I've also had the team in Yakima add some upgrades over the years (including a ton of work recently; shoutout to Albert, Saul, and their fantastic techs) and they are thorough, professional, do great work and always stand by it. Love, love, LOVE my Scout!

We are very pleased with the service we received. There was attention to detail and they gave us updates and work explanations. We perceived the pride they took in their work. We have a lot of confidence that we are going to enjoy our little home away from home for many years. Thank you Adventurer Manufacturing and your folks who worked with us.

This is exactly why I'm a repeat buyer of Adventure RV. My expectations were amazingly exceeded. Brad and Albert were super friendly, professional, and very understanding of the service I needed. The workmanship done by the shop was first-rate. The repairs were done sooner than I expected. I needed a slide repaired, and it now operates literally better than when the camper was new.

I am not happy with my Eagle Cap 960 or the lack of help, care empathy or service of our Adventurer/Eagle Cap 960 and Brad Boyle. Nothing but head and heartache with this product. These are supposed to be the best and you pay the financial difference. We would have been better off spending the money at five star hotels and saved so much money in the process. Terrible job standing by your products and refusing to do extended warranty work at your factory.( Brad Boyle ) You guys are useless and should be ashamed. The pictures are of the structural work that they reluctantly fixed the first week after purchasing our EC. This has been such a waste of our time and money!! Buyer beware.
