We rented the hall, did all their requirements, cleaned thoroughly and about 25 days after the event I only get back $350 of the $600 deposit because they said we didn't clean. When I asked for proof of what was still dirty after our event he replied with we don't do that. When I gave the keys to the person I charge after the event, he told us all was good. If I knew I left the hall dirty I wouldn't complain about the partial refund, however we spend over an hour after the even just to clean thinking we would get our full deposit back. If you like being robbed of your money, this is the hall to rent.
I had rented this hall many years ago and had zero issues. However, I recently rented it and like other reviews mentioned wasn't returned my deposit. We thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside (parking lot) and still wasn't given my money back. Wasn't really given a reason why I wouldn't be getting it back. I have rented many other halls for different types of events and never had an issue. Just beware if you rent this hall they will find any reason to keep your money.
The storage are great units, have lots of room
Recently just rented this salon for a baptism and very spacious and BIG but a couple things I didn't like is that they didn't tell us we had to get insurance, get securities with uniform and $500 deposit which by the way we only got half of it back. They told us we would get our deposit back if we cleaned well we did and still got charged for cleaning services. We should have just left the place how it was since they charge $250 for cleaning. I recommend leaving it how it is dirty since you don't get your deposit back. Overall just to rent this hall is over $2,000.00 if this works for some ppl great it didn't work for me too much money for one night. They find whatever excuse to keep your money don't recommend it ALL
Very nice place and very spacious with great parking! Down part is no matter how clean you leave the place (took before and after pictures) we still had over $200+ taken from the deposit for cleaning.
Great little spot for our club banquet.
Would not recommend cleaning after your event since either way they will still charge you $200 for cleaning.
Well maintained, great to rent for family events, or special occasions.
