Wish I could give zero stars. This is THE absolute worst IP we have ever experienced. We were tenants at Spark Black Bear. This is who they contract to provide internet service! Frequent outages every single day without fail. Every day WFH meetings interrupted waiting minutes for service to resume. Absolute trash service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Frequent disconnects at Black Bear apartments in Morgantown. CityNet refuses to fix or doesn't know how to fix which is even worse. Not worth $100 a month and because of my lease I cannot get a different ISP.

Set up to get new internet installed. Had calls and people stop at my house to talk. Decided to go with it. Have it set up to install just to be told they now can't install in my area of Stonewood WV. What is the point of calling and making promises to install internet when you can't? Such a let down. Now I see why they have a sub 1.7 out of 5.

The worst internet provider. I live at black bear village the internet from this company cuts out multiple times a day, only upload gets cut every time for some reason on their end. They say they have been working on it for years but have made no progress. If I could give zero stars I would.

Don't expect to be able to hold a decent connection. The internet will cut out multiple times a day, every day. The wifi won't even reach a bedroom computer that is literally 25 ft from the router. We had to buy a wifi extender and plug an ethernet cable to it to get internet. And even if you can connect your computer with an ethernet straight to the router, it will STILL cut out and not work. Unfortunately my apartment complex has signed a contract with them and we are stuck with the worst internet connection I've ever experienced.

I'm going to be dead honest this is the worst service I've ever had in Morgantown. I've called repeatedly for about 6 to 7 months to have my internet fixed cause it cuts out or the service is too poor. I can't do anything but suffer with this company cause my apartment complex is sucked into a contract with them. If you want my opinion on getting decent internet in Morgantown go with Xfinity. They're the only company I never had issues with in Morgantown, they can be pricey but hey it's better than no internet.

Horrible experience, have had a problem at the Black Bear Village that has lasted for almost 2 months. I've been unable to perform my job and its forcing me to relocate, I would recommend a different fiber provider.

What a great ISP. They run fiber all over west Virginia. It's also a great place to work.
