went to them for the blue screen of death on my newish computer. they said it couldn't be fixed and gave me a different (older) computer instead. kids complained about how much slower the computer was for gaming.. seemed shady- i should've just brought somewhere else. then he asked what antivirus I was using and installed it. then proceeded to ask me for my password so he could make sure it was working?! I've never had anyone ask me for my passwords before. something felt shady about the whole deal.

Have used them several times for both equipment and service. Very very good. Helpful. Fast. Reliable. Reasonably priced. Even do in home service. Very pleased and certainly will use them again.

Was having issues with my laptop overheating and decided on HBCS because of the great reviews, and I don't regret it in the slightest. Was just expecting them to reapply the thermal paste and maybe clean it out a bit, and I would've been happy with that, but he also took the time to switch up some NVIDIA settings that would help it run smoother, and install a program that allows me to check my CPU temperature easily at any time. He even tested it for a while before I came and picked it back up to be sure it was working better. Wonderful service, I would absolutely come again!

Troy and Dave , both took the time to show me and my mom computer 101. Without any hesitation to explain it all. Couldn't ask for a better place. A day later had questions and no problem appreciate the help from both of you , hope and please forgive me forgot the dog's name hope he's doing better ty Joe and Amy

I needed a new laptop and I needed someone who could talk me through the set up process. Home & Business Computer Services came highly recommended by several of my friends. Troy was very helpful and explained things in a manner I could understand! I have my new laptop, everything is working great, but even better, is the peace of mind I have that if I run into any issues, I have customer service available to me. That's worth it's weight in gold.

A friend recommended this computer store. She was very satisfied with the help she received from Troy. So I called them and Troy made a couple suggestions for my computer over the phone, but I chose to bring it in and have him check it out. After Troy's review, he showed me where all my problems were coming from and my husband and I decided the six-year-old unit should be replaced. Here's where Tony, the owner, came through. He transferred all necessary files from the old to the new computer and instructed me on how to use all these new features. Do I recommend Home & Business Computer Services? YOU BET I DO!

The service here has been top-notch, I've never had such a good experience as I have had with this company. They helped me determine what kind of laptop I need and were honest and explaining what really wasn't necessary to help me save money. After my laptop arrived, they set it all up for me - transferred everything I needed from my desktop. This is a huge plus because I really don't have time or all of the knowledge to do this efficiently. These guys are experts, and took the time to teach me tips and tricks that really helped. I can't say enough good things about my experience. My husband recently used them as well and he feels the same - We will always recommend them!
