Jump Start Adventure Park

Carson helped me daughters and I get a discount due to them closing in 45 min from are arrival.. so he didn't charge us full price which was super cool of him.. thanks Carson!! More kids like u need to work in customer service because u rock..

Went while it was at "Capacity" could barley even walk, kids could barely play without bumping into someone. Far too overcrowded by a long shot. Snack bar was worse than I could have imagined , 3 dollar pizza for 15 $, nothing else but candy bars, chips and soda. Not a single even remotely healthy snack available. Aside from all that, if you do the math for the 150 -200 kids that paid 25 - 30 dollars per 90 -120 minutes of their time...the establishment is making 3500-6000 every hour and half or so ... I don't care what kind of insurance they pay, it's a rip off for the customer. Overall I used to love this place when it first opened because it was quieter and they wouldn't let half as many people in at a time. Nowadays just seems like a scam, but anything for the kids right.

We double checked the hours everywhere we could, but when we showed up we found out they were closing in fifteen minutes (4 hours before they were supposed to close). I get that today's a holiday, but they should've edited the hours or posted a notice on social media. We planned our whole day around this and were very disappointed.

Totally recommend!! We visited on Friday, June 9th as a family for my daughter's birthday. The park was excellent for my 9 and 7 year olds! They offer a wall to run up, several trampoline options, parkour, and all kinds of climbing items over a foam pit, and more! A special shout out to the assistant general manager Keenan - he was super friendly upon check in, very attentive, and made my daughter feel special for her birthday. He also noticed my husband's law enforcement shirt and thanked him for his service. He truly made our visit extra special.

My grandchildren had a blast but I spent most of the time fretting about bigger kids rough housing around them(they're5 &10). It's a great place but it definitely needs more people on the floor supervising what's going on!

This is by far the best trampoline park I have been to. Excellent variety for all ages, lots of space. Friendly staff. The staff seems to hold rules important. But not overbearing or rude in any way... (Refreshing!) Added to our family experience!

The new indoor play structure is perfect for toddlers and little kids who may not be ready for the trampolines. No places to really fall and hurt themselves. Very good addition to provide fun for younger kids.

Such a fun place! My kids love going! Friendly staff!
