Purchased this new clock from a third party retailer in a sealed package. The buttons don't work in the front to set anything and there is no back up battery. I called and left message to LA Crosse Technology for support. They called back the next day and tried to help talk me through the set up, but buttons still didn't work. Since I purchased THEIR product from a third party, they would not repair or replace. Way to back up what you manufacture!

My weather stations outside sensor stopped working after only six weeks after receiving it. I called the service center and they ran me through some checks and determined the sensor was not working. They immediately sent me a replacement which I received within the time they stated. I connected the new sensor and it worked. I would recommend La Crosse products to everyone as they stand behind their products no questions asked!

Not sure why so many complain, I've had La crosse clocks for decades. My recent one started killing batteries over night. Purchased it at Sam's club in Dothan about 5 months ago. Emailed support and was told they would forward my concern. Couple of days went by. Got a email asking for my address, info. Got another email stating they were replacing it. Got it 12/10/2024. Brand new, complete. Packed very well. I will always buy La Crosse products. Oh was told if I had any issues with it again to please let them know. Now that is support standing behind there product. Thank you La Crosse.

Wi-Fi Color Forecast Wireless Weather Station & App By La Crosse Technology Model Number: C75730-AU seems to be having an inherent defect. It acts ONLY as a stand-alone device, even when connected to WiFi. I purchased mine in April 2024 and have since been complaining - ticket ID #377778. Now La Crosse Technology Tech Support does not even respond to my emails. Its a sell and forget concept done by a trader claiming to be the World Leader in Atomic Time & Weather Instruments - it's absolute TRASH and a waste of money. I wouldn't touch La Crosse Technology products even with a barge pole, ever. We are deeply sorry to hear this and apologize for the inconvenience - The ONLY La Crosse Technology customer service that one receives. 14/03/2025 - The morons at La Crosse Technology is silent - they sell absolute rubbish, and call themselves "World Leader in Atomic Time & Weather Instruments" - the crap they sell is not worth a dime! You morons at La Crosse Technology, am I wrong? Does your CEO have the bollocks to respond?

Pool thermometer: Remote battery operated . This product is just terrible. I have purchased two of these. The first one stopped working after a few months. The second has now failed as well after two months. What the hell!!! And No...it's not the batteries.

In my travels of 2022, I came across La Cross. I stopped there because I love their clocks that much. Unfortunately, I stopped by on a day they were closed. Maybe another time.

I've owned several La Crosse Technology products over the years. I've become addicted to the connected weather units and add-on sensors. I monitor the humidity of my cigars, the temperature of my Kegerator, whether my basement floors are wet, the temp of my chest freezer...the alerts have saved me from expensive mishaps several times. Great products and very reasonable prices.

I've bought several Lacrosse products. I'm a real buyer, and this review is real. Not influenced by anything but my experience with Lacrosse. I love my weather station and two other clocks and weather displays. They work well. I had a rain gauge go bad and it was replaced no questions asked. The Lacrosse app was a little quirky at first but they fixed it and it works great now. I'd stand by this company any day. After two years, my rain gauge quit.
