Functionaire is as good as it gets for working with any third party contractor. The team is extremely kind, organized, thoughtful, and knowledgeable and was there for our team when we needed them. You get the attention expected from a boutique organization with the knowledge and skills of a large firm. They delivered everything on time, thoughtfully, and were amazing at project managing our team as well, adapting to our needs every step of the way.

We have been working with Functionaire for 3+ years now and view them as a true extension of our team. If we could have them all to ourselves, we would! With their partnership over the years, we have successfully redesigned various elements of our website, conducted useful user testing and research, entered into new third party vendor relationship with their consultation and guidance, launched a formal Loyalty program, redesigned our post-purchase journey experiences (to name a few initiatives). Barbara and Eliana did a great job of understanding our CraftOptics customers and how they navigated our site. Our business has transitioned to more online activity in recent years. Our customer base is Baby Boomers whose online device use has changed the past few years from desktop to mobile. Our site had to address that change and that is where Functionaire came in. They were instrumental in getting us to streamline our information on the site. Their clean, mobile-first design accommodates a significant increase in traffic and online sales. Functionaire does not do every aspect of digital marketing. They do UX and they are excellent. That focus keeps expectations clear from the beginning.
