Nice people and everything was done on time as they proceeded with the project. Super fast compared to our old internet service

I've had NTD for a month now and everything has been perfect. Install was easy and quick, and because I used my own router I was able to just plug-and-play with almost no effort/work. At less than half the price AND a higher speed than spectrum, I am extremely happy that another internet company is finally in my neighborhood. Even after Spectrum gave me a massive discount and upgraded my service, NTD was less expensive. EDIT: They upgraded their intake process making it much easier! The contract process happens through Docusign now. After dealing with spectrum for years, I literally can't think of a reason not to sign up with NTD if it's available in your neighborhood.

The process of getting NTD installed was absolutely worth the speeds that I have now, especially at the low cost. The communication and install were smooth. It's a no-brainer!

As a small business owner, I'm always looking for ways to save money, and NTD offers a higher quality service for less than their competitors. We recently had NTD install fiber in our house and the entire process from start to finish was extremely easy. There have been no issues with our service, but I'm confident we would be able to get it resolved quickly. Not something I could say about our last provider.

Amazing staff and very easy to switch to a more reliable local internet. Speeds are amazing and upload speeds have changed how we run our business. Anyone in Oshkosh that isn't using NTD is missing out! High quality work by people who actually care!

We needed new service installed in our historic bank building. Jeff visited the day before to plan and prepare for the install. The team put new in new cable exactly where we needed it, in an area that is challenging due to the thick walls and distances involved.
