I canceled my service in October. I sent their equipment back in the middle of the month per their instructions. In December I received a text to return the equipment. I sent them a copy of the UPS return packing slip. At the beginning of February I received a bill for $158 for that equipment. I called them and again verified the equipment had been returned. Today I received a notice from a collection agency for $158. I will be getting an attorney to deal with this!

Techs came out to bury the fiber line and cut my service somehow on a Friday. Told now that the earliest they can come to repair is on Tuesday to come repair their mistake. No offers to comp bill or anything either. What a joke. Will be looking elsewhere for service as soon as possible.

My Frontier Internet service (Pickerel, WI) significantly deteriorated over the last few months. The reliability and speeds decreased and then a price increase. Experienced almost two days outage and frequent short outages. I called to cancel the service and was advised I have to return the equipment (which is fine) but there is a $50.00 refurbishment fee to clean up the equipment. Considering the equipment is clean and service was paid for and not received I asked them to waive the refurbishment fee and they would not. They will most likely throw the equipment out anyway as it is several years old. In summary, decrease in service, increase monthly price, no credit for service interruptions and then a form of cancellation fee. Although more expensive, I switched to another provider, where I purchased the equipment and have faster and more reliable service.

The door to door salespeople are obnoxious, pushy, and do not respect the very visible No Soliciting sign.

Thanks to Frontier's excellent customer service I now have 4 phone lines laying across my yard. The oldest one has been there since 2018. They won't send anyone to bury it, and when it gets damaged they just add another without removing the old lines.

I have frontier now, I will be looking else where. I work from home and on a nice sunny day even there stuff doesn't work. I'll take my chances on satellite at this point. This is the biggest scam company ever. You get a good 3.15 for downloads but uploads it's a good 1.56 maybe less. I can't wait to cancel with this company.

I was told no technician needs to come to the house for our new service and on the day of our hook up they come pounding on the door! It was very important to me that they didn't need to come to the house because of my 3rd shift sleeping schedule and the sales person I ordered through knew my situation. Try being honest Frontier, lying to your customers just to make a sale is pathetic!

I am at my wits end. Frontier is the ONLY option we have where we live unless we go with satellite. I have had a communication line running across my lawn, over the next door hay field, and to a box on the next block for 3 years. 3 years! All summer it gets cut when they cut hay. Today it happened again. A week before they can get here. But will I get credited on my bill. No. Every time there is a storm we have to unplug the modem. We have had 3 modems in the last 6 weeks. It's even in a surge rotector. If this is your only option, I am so sorry. If you have other options, always choose the other. Frontier is by far the worst service of any kind I have ever experienced!
