Hostel Shoppe

I went to the Hostel Shoppe to purchase a new bike for my granddaughter. Sydney did a great job gathering recommended bikes based on my granddaughter's size, needs, and interests. Once we picked out the bike Sydney and the team helped with picking out the necessary accessories and completing the final checklist. My granddaughter is elated with her new bike. Great shopping experience and customer service.

First time taking my mountain bike to the shop and couldn't be more impressed. Friendly techs, quick annual maintenance service - had the bike back in under a week wirh no appointment. Very reasonable price to get my bike looking and functioning like new before the season. Thank you Hostel Shop Team!

My sister and I rented bikes from Hostel Shoppe during our trip to Stevens Point, and we had such a good experience! This was our first time riding bikes in the US, and the bikes here are totally different from the ones we used back home like no gears, different handlebars, and everything felt new to us. I honestly didn't know how to ride it at first. But the guy who helped us was so kind and patient. He explained everything to me and showed us how to get onto the trail to go around the Green Circle. Everyone there was really sweet and helpful. If I ever come back to Stevens Point, I will definitely go back to Hostel Shoppe to rent a bike for another adventure. Thank you for being so awesome.

Excellent customer service! I walked in with an idea of what bike I wanted, they had it in my size, let me test drive, helped me with accessories, set it up in the shop and was riding out the door in about 30 minutes!!!

Best selection of bicycles in the area. Whatever your needs are, they have you covered. They service all makes and have a qualified staff. Great selection of accessories (even have a trainer that works for your bicycle year round). I purchased a bicycle and it took only a hour and a half to install all items and I rode it home. They even have an outdoor track so you can ride your bicycle before you buy it.

Very pleasant experience..They were able to answer all my questions over three different visits in a most professional manner.. I ended up purchasing exactly what I needed as opposed to what I "thought " I wanted.. Since it was my first time purchasing a recumbent trike they walked me through the entire buying process. Upon delivery all the features were thoroughly described..All 4 of the employees I delt with were very knowledgeable and great to work with!

Being from Appleton, Hostel Shoppe is a bit of a drive, but WELL WORTH IT. I went in on Friday, March 25th for a fitting on my triathlon bike. Due to the unpredictability of my work schedule, it took 3 canceled appts to finally get in. Scott and the entire staff were more than patient and understanding with my situation and the fitting was awesome. I have logged more than enough miles since the fitting to know that Scott did an amazing job. Back pain and numbness in my fingers are completely gone. While I was there, they were able to get a much needed derailleur adjustment done as well. I cant thank the entire staff enough for their knowledge and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any of my bike and accessory needs.

The service department at Hostel Shop went above and beyond the call of duty while doing my annual tune up. My bike took a beating from the oceans' salt water in Florida for a month. They cleaned it inside and out as well as all doing the normal tune up. I am so happy with my sparkling clean and smooth non sticking gear shifting bike.
