We got in touch with Mike when we were in the process of an extensive remodel of one of our buildings. Our IT company on the computer side got us all set up with the cabling we needed for our computers and our phones. Once we were ready to move forward with phones, our IT company got us in touch with Mike. He was very attentive and patient teaching us how to use the new features; and very up front with how the process works as we were switching from old copper lines to VOIP. Highly recommended! After speaking with my IT guy that we needed new office phones, he referred me to Mike @ Digital Voice Solutions. Mike was punctual, patient and professional. He explained everything in detail and answered questions before they were even thought of. Before he left our office, we scheduled to get our phones transferred from landlines to VOIP right away! Mike was with me the entire process, included me in on emails, that may or may have not been clear and ensured that he would be with me the entire transition. From the beginning, Mike was there every step of the way. I could have never done this transition without him or a professional for that matter. He went above and beyond and completely exceeded my expectations. He put in a lot of time and effort for such a smooth switch; why didn't we do this sooner?!
