Tech Lab

I've been pushing an older Thinkpad along and had an issue loading an app. Instead of calling Roger (owner) and Luke right away, I decided to follow advice I got online and promptly couldn't open any program. When I called Tech Lab, Roger was great over the phone asking about my issue and even better when I got there. Like a Doctor, he was curious how I used the laptop, gave me an estimate for the repair, and called me back within 2 hours saying it was fixed. He also assured me I didn't need to upgrade the box. Amazing. If great people with solid technical skills (and without "up-sell-itis") is what you need, look no further. Tech Lab is my newly appointed "Go-to Team"!

I had a series of different requests and problems with my computer. It was running absolutely terribly and needed to be fixed and I brought it in. Despite multiple new problems coming up and tons of problems that were just with the computer being made. Roger still fixed up my computer and now it's feels better the ever. The help that I received was incredible and fast. I wouldn't recommend any other tech place with how nice and effective tech labs is.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable about their craft. I would definitely recommend them. Helped me recover my pet photo on my damaged flash drive ( not always possible) and driver issues on my Windows machine.

I was happy in every way with the attention and service I received from this company. My inquiry was answered promptly by phone. A service appointment was scheduled. Within a few days all of my tech problems were addressed and fixed. The serviceman did not leave until I was confident my equipment was all up and running. He was also polite and professional. I would not hesitate to call on Tech Lab with problems in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Sent my PC in after receiving an kernel error code in Windows. The staff at Tech Lab, not only were extremely efficient, but friendly through the whole process. Roger, the technician (and I think owner), identified the issue at hand. Offering multiple solutions and very reasonable pricing. If I have any issues in the future, I will be sure to return. Roger has been great with all of our IT needs and concerns. He responded very quickly and accommodated our needs faster than expected. Tech Lab is the only IT company that I would ever refer!

I was having issues with our office WiFi router. I have some IT troubleshooting background but the issue was beyond my capabilities. I called Tech Lab and they were able to visit our office within an hour and begin to resolve our problem. We were up and running with a loaner router shortly after the visit and two business days later we got our original router back fully operational. Alan the tech was very professional and knew uptime was critical to our business. I will not hesitate to call them again and refer Tech Lab to other local businesses.
